Total trash. All of the sizes on their items are wrong. Clothing is the cheapest garbage you can possibly buy at 2x-5x overpriced from standard. Shoes are plastic. Shirts are rayon. Suits are not wool, they're garbage polyester. Ties are $9.99 from Ross marked up to $40+ each. Never ever shop here. These guys are scum. read more

Prompted by my need to invest in another suit because all these fine restaurants I go to caused my others to shrink, I went to London Suits on West Sahara. I had a very strange first impression of the place because i was told to wait as the salesperson finished a phone call- no problem but in my experience you would want to serve the person standing in front of you first instead of whoever was on the phone. The salesperson finally assisted me in finding a correct size suit, one i picked out that I found to be very nice. I inquired about the deal on suits they had and a salesperson really did not clearly answer my question about the deals and was very vague. I had to continue to ask very specific questions to get the real answer on their deals.... was this on purpose? I don't know, but I don't appreciate being told three different things and having to fish for the real answer. When I was trying the suit on, I was told the alterations could be done within an hour, great! When I paid for my suit, I was then asked if I could come in 4 or 5 hours later... I reminded her that just 20 minutes ago she clearly said the alterations would be done in an hour. She conceded to 1.5 hours. I come back to get my suit, and I was on my way. Aside from the Shady sales experience I got a great suit at a reasonable price One thing I must note is that their $40 dress shirts are packaged up and I didn't get the opportunity to open it and try them on I had to rely on the salesperson's word that this would be the best fit.... well the shirt didn't fit and I'm out $40 because all sales are final read more

This is a fabulous place to get a beautiful suit (and more) in Las Vegas for an extremely reasonable price. We had very specific needs to meet within a limited time frame, and London Suits completely came through with a gorgeous Italian suit & excellent service as well! You will find a lovely selection of suits in house that can be tailored, along with custom options if you're not pressed for time. Despite wanting a very specific color with European styling, my husband had his suit fully tailored within a week. I was going to go to Hollywood Suits in California, but luckily stopped by this recently new store that open a month ago. They have an awesome selection of suits, shoes, and shirts. The owner Sammy is a genuine guy! He used to have a business here a long time ago, but closed down because of the bad economy back then. I'm glad he's back! Great service and same day alterations! We went in without an appointment, but it's better if you make one so they know you're coming in. There wasn't anyone there when we went so it worked out. Maritsa was the gal that helped us out. She was friendly and helped us find the fit for my hubby that we liked the best. She also was very good with picking out color combinations for the shirts and ties. Maritsa also went over the different breaks for pants since they are not hemmed. We ended up picking out three suits instead of one and they were ready the next week. About a year ago I came here looking for a suit for myself and my groomsman. Took the deal for a suit with a tie, socks, and belts. It all started well. As I came back for fitting and alterations, situations kept getting worse. First of all the suits they ordered were pretty much 2 sizes bigger than everyone's actual size, so you were forced to get and alteration. As I came in for my final alteration, which was pretty much 3 weeks before my wedding, they said they had changed owner/management and ended up losing or not having my suit at all. They kept making excuses about how they changed management and how they don't know what happened. I pretty much ended up changing my whole outfit. When it finally got altered, they cut too much off the pants. Now I was forced to pay for pants that I couldn't even wear. Fortunately they gave me new pants and got it altered again. So basically this place has no organization at all and the new owners doesn't know how to run a business. His name is Carlos and he kept telling me how he lost so much money because he had to reorder everyone's suit. First of all that is not the customers problem, if you're gonna buy a business make sure you know what's going on before taking over it. I will never go back to this suit shop nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. I'm glad I'll never have to deal with them again. PS: we never got the ties either because they said it was never ordered. read more

I love this place! I wanted a custom fit tweed wool suit. That's not something frequently ordered in Las Vegas, but I was in town for a conference from Illinois. I first reached out to several tailors I found online and Fabiola at London Suits was by far the most responsive. So, that's where I went and the customer service kept getting better. The store was tidy, quiet, and cool. The measurements were taken meticulously and they picked up on some nuances to my fit. The options available for my custom suit were vast, and I was able to choose exactly the style and material I wanted. Fantastic. This is the type of place I thought didn't exist anymore; patient and friendly employees, very reasonable prices, and a selection that gives everyone a chance to look great. I walked in around 6PM (or later) saying I needed a suit for a funeral the next day, and they matched me up with a nice back suit with a vest, tailored to fit me on the spot in about 10 minutes, a tie for free, a nice shirt and it cost about $110 not including tax. The tailor (Tony) was right there to do work immediately, and it was perfect. The guy was humble about it too. My body is NOT easy to fit... I'm a former wrestler with injuries, have gained weight, and have primitive proportions. Yet the suit looks great. They were so kind about my situation that I'll definitely be back, not only because I got a great deal but because I want those people and their businesses to do well. They deserve it. read more

I work at a casino, and was given direction to see Sammy and he will give me three 100% wool suits, shirts, pocket squares etc. for $600. What a deal! So I went, and Sammy is not working. I explained to the girl who is working about the deal I heard at work. She said no that is not true. Alterations are not included and shirts, pocket squares on not included, only have price. I wear size 44 jacket but they put a size 40 pant with it. They wouldnt let me swap the pant for a smaller size, Forcing me to purchase alterations. I feel like this is bad business. I've been buying suits for ten years and never have I seen a place who wouldn't let me purchase a smaller size. I will let my employees and coworkers at my hotel know that the deal we all heard about is simply not true. read more

Hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an establishment. I've debated leaving this review for almost 6 months, but after wearing the dress shoes I purchased from here for only TWO WEEKS and having them fall apart on me, I can't withhold my discontent for this company any longer. From the very beginning, I was a young kid looking for suits to wear to important events I had and so having never purchased a suit before I was looking for some guidance as to what I should purchase. Unfortunately, I was met with VERY inexperienced workers at the first location I went to--no biggie, we all start somewhere. They make no mention as to how the pricing works or which suits qualify for what deals and so I had to maneuver the store myself, after about an hour I came across two suits that I liked and it became painfully obvious that some tailoring was going to have to be done to them in order to get the fitment that I wanted. They offered their tailoring services which in hindsight I should have REJECTED. I proceed with the transaction, they mention to me the other store's location where I can pick up my third suit, which I did, and they tell me my suits should be done being tailored by Friday at the latest. I arrive Friday to only one of my suits being ready, thankfully it was my favorite and so for the next three weeks I visited the store each Tuesday (as it was my day off) and asked what was going on with my remaining two suits. After being given the run around, the third week I finally went in to the location they said they had the suits located at only to be told they were at the other location! Lo and behold, one suits was TERRIBLY tailored, and the other wasn't even TOUCHED. I still have the three suits in their original tailoring if anyone would like to see the pathetic excuse they gave me. You give a company $900 and you expect at least DECENT customer service. DO NOT BUY HERE! read more
