Watch out for the employees, they Will lie to you to make a sale. If they promise you any kind of promotions make sure to get it in writing because they will surprise you in your future bills. Every couple weeks they have new managers, they will give you the runaround.. I have complimented to Verzion but because it's privately owned they can't do anything about it So today I found out that they got me in a 2 year contract by tricking me, so this is what happened, I have my own iPad and I wanted to add monthly data on it and they said it'll be 20 month no contract, I said fine then they handed me device and said this is for free you can keep it it's a hot spot I said I don't need it I just want date for my iPad and they said oh you can take out the sim card from your I pad and put it in this and it'll becomes hot spot, it's free you can have it. No mention of by taking that they trapped me in a 2 years contract... Stay away from this store everyone from top to bottom are crooks and liars. read more

Defective accessories will be replaced with like equipment if within the warranty term and guidelines. So I bought a universal charger for my iphone4s which is the only charger available for sale. SKU# cacchy000043 $29.99 It's supposed to be a 9' coil cord. First of all, it was difficult to plug into the vehicle power outlet in 2 vehicles. 2nd, the cord is so tightly wound that to extend it beyond 12 inches is extremely difficult and puts undue pressure/stress on the cord itself. You can't even plug in to charge your phone and talk. Before I opened the product I read the receipt return warranty and said, "Oh crap". I realize this isn't a verizon wireless corporate store and I didn't have a choice. My area is in the 2nd day of a power failure due to hurricane force winds and I needed to make phone calls. Hoping that their clients don't notice an overcharge on their bill, and strong arming them with false claims of promotions, they will sign you into a contract without any regard for human decency. They will lie anything they could to get you into contract and the first bill will bombard you with extra charges- phone insurance, data activation fee.. etc. My first bill was bombarded with $300. Hands down the most seamless experience I've had at a wireless retailer, thanks to an employee here named Brian. I came to this location to transfer services from AT&T, a process I wasn't looking forward to on one of the hottest days of summer! My dad and I had three lines to transfer and needed to activate his new phone. Brian went out of his way and did a bunch of extra work over the course of 2.5 hours to get us the best deals and save us money and time. BEWARE OF SALESMEN!! Free NEVER means FREE! I went into the office to replace a phone. Whether thru insurance or upgrade... The salesman tells me my monthly bill is too high and he can lower it!! I said great!! After a few min of him on the computer he says he can lower my bill from around $240 a month to $190 a month( 2 phones). After a few min he tells me I'm set, then proceeds to get me an upgrade for my phone that I needed to replace... After a few more min, he tells me were almost done!! Then he says.. Oh BTW to get the lower monthly price i have to give you a FREE tablet!! I said I DONT NEED ONE, and that I already have one from Verizon from the year before. That one I didn't need either!! He said I have to if I want to lower my bill!! I finally said OK.. But i DIDNT sign any paperwork. A month later I find out I'm getting charged $20 a month for the tablet, and $10 a month for insurance. THIS WAS NEVER brought up to me! I had 14 days to return it but I didn't know I was being charged monthly!! It's now gonna cost me $350 to pay off the tablet I'm never gonna use!! NOTHING good comes from poor communication. Ironically for a communications retailer, the personnel at this store are fluent in purposeful misdirection. I received the wrong phone because the one I had ordered was given to another customer. When I tried to remedy the matter, the dude with the black painted nail polish, aka the manager mansplained I was receiving subpar service because I had an outstanding bill. I hadn't paid the bill because I received the wrong product. And this circle of time suck went on for weeks. No follow-up after repeated callbacks. We called to discuss some concerns we had regarding the charges and fees they charged my mom and the RUDE so called supervisor Ruslan Hung up on us twice! Clearly, he has no right to be a supervisor! You NEVER hang up the phone on a customer, his job is to listen and address the customers concerns. Verizon already rips people off with their random unexplainable charges and now the this store was trying to do the same thing! They signed my mom up for things she had not even agreed to and she was calling to find out what the charges were. Wow. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Just had the worst customer service ever. Went in because my mom had a broken S6 phone and we wanted to transfer her data to an old S4 phone. The girl who was helping us had a rude tone since the beginning which got me ticked off from the start (I have work experience with customer service). Anyway, she says that because we are on a Edge Plan, in order to change the device it will cost over $400. I was translating all of this to my mom in Korean, but I thought it would be better at that point if we just go to the Verizon store in ktown with korean service (where we originally bought the s6) so that my mom and dad can understand what's going on fully. But then the worker starts raising her voice and explains to me about the price to change the device AGAIN (like girl, I understand what you're telling me already). And then the woman manager steps in and raises HER voice now, explaining the SAME SHIT again, and how whether I go to a Korean or english store the situation is the same (which I know), but I wanted to hear more details from the korean Verizon store...why don't these people understand what I'm trying to tell them? The workers here have no idea what proper customer service is. I can't believe even the manager has no idea how to properly talk in a calm professional voice. When the manager started cutting me off to explain the same shit I know, I even noticed other customers looking uncomfortable. Avoid this Verizon location. Go to the one in La Crescenta for MUCH better service. *Updated Review* Went to the actual Verizon store in ktown, found out the foothill location is NOT an actual Verizon store.
