Shipping notice came three days early, item didn't ship out until about three days after I got the shipping notice, a bit annoying really, but whatever. Item arrived in under a week so overall I can't complain especially for free shipping. I received the item a couple days ago. The item functions great, came complete with box, even with the original charging cable! These guys did their homework, unlike the other CEX stores I dealt with and failed, these guys got it right! I feel confident to say that any interaction with them should at least be professional and you should get what you pay for, and I imagine if not they would resolve the issue quickly. The appointment time was spot on as well as the turn around time. The tint came out looking great, and he answered any questions I had prior to dropping it off.
