My wife and I switched to Tachus 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. We had cable through our…read morelocal affiliate and there were always issues with service interruptions and slow speeds. We were also traveling a lot so paying for cable we weren't even home to watch. When Tachus announced they were putting fiber optic in our area we signed up, the price was so good and they said it would not go up. The installers ran the service lines out by the street so they didn't mess up our back yard like Xfinity did. Overall the service has been great, Tachus has generators for all their main branch units so they never go down after storms. Recently we did have an issue with a poor signal that kept cutting out. I called tech support and they tried trouble shooting over the phone but couldn't resolve the issue. The tech guy on the phone said he would contact the local support techs and send one to our house. I'm thinking, "oh sure, this will take a week or more". I was so surprised that we had a tech service guy call us and say he would be at our home within the hour! His name was Alphonso and he was just great. He figured out we needed a newer modem so replaced it as well as the patch cord from the modem to the wall connection as it had gone bad. He even showed my wife how to change some settings on here laptop to get it running faster! All this and no extra charges or anything. Good reliable service at a good price, we are staying with Tachus!

I've been on hold and transferred and now they said someone should call me back but they couldn't tell me when. I can't continue working until it's back and no one responds. Bad customer service.

I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR! The customer service is terrible!…read more Red flag #1 - Frontier sent a text message to confirm my installation appointment. I responded with the "confirm" prompt; however, frontier responded with a "cancellation" prompt. ‍ Red flag #2 - I called to notify them that I attempted to confirm my appointment via text but I received a cancellation notification. The representative told me not to worry because I still have an appointment for March 1st from 8am-12pm. As we waited, no one showed up so we called frontier at 12:05pm. They promised us that a technician would come to install between 1pm-5pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Red flag #3 - I received a text message the day AFTER my installation was scheduled to take place. A technician is now schedule to come March 2nd from 1pm-5pm. SAYS WHO? Who said that I will be available? When did the time change? How do I know that you will really show up THIS TIME? Red flag #4 - I called customer service to ask why the time keeps changing and the representative said they promise someone will show up the third time. Red flag #5 - I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I need someone to convince me that the actual service will be more reliable than the people. I was on hold 15 minutes. I couldn't do it, so I hung up! FRONTIER - SIT DOWN SOMEWHERE!

My husband went to this store to get the I Phone 17 deals, me and my daughter did trade ins, and he…read moregot the I phone air, we were told that his phone would only be $4 more since he didn't do a trade in and ours wouldn't be any charge, we paid taxes and fees up front on 3 phones. They let us know we could get insurance through them vs apple when he gave the price I let him know that that was kinda expensive, he assured me I could change it for a lower cost insurance after the credits fall off, by the way watches were added to the account, that we did not want but were told that that would fall off also, which they eventually did but we still got charged for insurance for the watch witch we didn't even order. In this time I did have questions, I have 3 young men's cell phone numbers who let me know if I needed anything to let them know, they let me know of what they were fixing on the account that never happened, and of course eventually they completely stopped responding to my messages. We went from a $77 a month bill to now $156 a month, I went in today to find out about the charge for my husband's phone and the insurance and was basically told it's only one price my only option is to cancel it, I called apple they said it's too late to add it through them, and my husband's phones is $40 something a month, we would have done better going with a different carrier, the only deal we got were LIES and a higher phone bill. I do not recommend this location!
