Where do I begin? This Verizon store is a joke and needs a revamp. I have been a customer since 2001 and this was the worst experience I've had in a long time. It almost makes me want to drop Verizon and move on. Brianequa is absolutely, hands down, the most uncompassionate, uncaring Verizon Representative that I have ever met. She was less than unhelpful. She didn't know the difference between the phones that I was interested in purchasing. She didn't or wasn't interested in helping or assisting me with transferring my information from my old phone to my new phone. She didn't offer or inform me of promotions or discounts. I had to go to Chalmette store the next day and Kimberly was the best and assisted me with retrieving my information and it's a retail store! Stephanie, the "assistant manager" called to ask about my experience. She is so unprofessional with the giggling, not listening to my concerns, putting her hand over the phone to speak and screaming with a coworker in the background. So immature and child-like. I have never made a formal complaint but I did attempt to call and speak with someone via my Verizon app and that was a joke too. It was recommended from a coworker to come on this app and file a review. Maybe I will be heard and deter anyone who thinks about walking into this store for assistance. read more

Nick is the best customer service expert I have had at any Verizon store. He helped us resolve one of the most complicated issues I have ever had with Verizon and we decided to upgrade due to the level of service we received from him. I love Verizon and Nick sure impressed this former Verizon rep and knowing the business it's been hard to impress me. Thanks Verizon for fixing our issues and retaining these customers. read more

Had I very good experience at Verizon Saturday, salesperson Jerrick did all he could do to save and install all my pictures and apps on new phone. It wasn't easy. I had forgot my password and my wi-fi was broke on my old phone. Jerrick never gave up worked through the issues. read more

This Verizon store is my usual go-to whenever something awful happens to my phone. Unfortunately, this is more often than I would like to admit. It's conveniently located about 10 minutes away from my office, so I can take an extended lunch to solve a phone crisis if needed. There is never a huge wait, although sometimes it seems like the employees are too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge customers. One time a co-worker and I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before someone came out of the back to offer any assistance (there was only 1 other customer in the store...) Overall, never a horrible experience here, but the customer service is sometimes good, sometimes not-so-good. It's a place that I only visit when I absolutely need to stop by.... like, if my daughter decides to give my phone a bath. Again. read more

Just purchased a Motorola m. I'm happy with the phone but not the service at this location. The salesperson not only knew very little of the phones but gave me incorrect info. This includes telling me that the more expensive model had a longer battery life which, after reading about it I discovered has half the battery life. He seemed interested only in selling the most expensive models and was pushy in doing so. I recommend doing thorough research on the products prior to going and / or going to the Clearview location. I find the staff there to be more knowledgeable and professional. Just my opinion w/ 1 experience and 1 particular sales person @ the Veterans location. read more
