I went in for a simple trade-in and left with the phone I didn't want and an extra phone line that I was told "wouldn't cost me anything because it was a promotion." It was late by the time I left and it took me a few days to realize - I hate this phone. I don't need an extra phone line and I pay extra per month to upgrade whenever I want. The manager Justin told me I could only return after 14 days and it had been 16 days so there was "nothing he could do." He gave me the 1-800 number so I sat in the parking lot and called. They said "the return policy is up to the discretion of the manager. We'll give him a call to see if he can extend it to 30 days." They called the store manager, Justin, and he refused. When they came back to the line, they apologized profusely. The corporate AT&T couldn't believe they have someone like Justin running this location. It's literally 2 days past their 14-day mark and they didn't even sell me the phone I wanted! Now looking at other reviews, I should've NEVER come to this location. Save yourself from rude employees and an even worse manager who clearly needs some training in customer service!

She failed to port over one of my phone lines correctly. She typed in one of the numbers wrong. On top of that, she typed in my email incorrectly so that I never received a contact and she's not capable of fixing that. So I cancelled the phone line on 8/22 and again 8/30. Apparently I had to cancel both the correct and incorrect phone lines. I texted Myrtle all day Monday and in Tuesday I got a response that she didn't work weekends, On Tuesday 8/23 I went to another store and they explained to me that the "in-home experts" were at this store but they go home 4:30ish, On Thursday 8/25 I came here & spoke to Landon, Myrtle's boss. He wouldn't take my phone either. Myrtle did contact me and we made arrangements (all of this is by text) to pick up my phone today 8/30 in the morning. Well this morning it became this afternoon. I told her I had to take my dog to the veterinarian this afternoon and work and I wouldn't be home until 8 pm. She informed me that per Landon she couldn't do it until this afternoon (she called it evening but since she said she gets off at 5:00 I believe she meant afternoon). I wasn't looking…read moreforward to standing at a kiosk in the mall for a long time (I know the process takes quite a while) but it made sense since it was across from the T-mobile kiosk (return phones) and across from Apple (buy phones). Luckily we were helped by Tony who was friendly, smart and got us through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. This guy is the real deal.

Signing up for DSL with AT&T was an absolute disaster. To make a long story short, I was told I…read morewould receive my service one day. It didn't happen. I called and was told I would receive my service on one of two days. It didn't happen. I called and asked what was going on. Their system was down, not a good sign for an ISP. I called again. No one could tell me why I hadn't received service or when I would receive service. After spending over 2 hours on hold with AT&T that week. I canceled my order. Then I came crawling back. They were the cheapest service by far, and I decided to just wait it out with a new Zen attitude. Of course their system couldn't handle me canceling and reordering, so that took some more time with their call centers. I had to order a different service because the service they originally sold me wasn't available where I live, an impressive lack of competence for a multi-billion dollar company. The service I ultimately bought is slower and costs more, but it still was the best deal. Once I got that order in, everything went fine. I guess the moral of this story is that you get what you pay for.

I ordered a phone from them online. It was supposed to be a 2 day delivery. They immediately took…read morethe money out of my account, almost $300.00. 24 hours later I receive a email saying the shipping was delayed. That was the only email I received. Today 4 days later, I called customer service. The first person I talked to said something about it was UPS's fault. She then transferred me to a different department. After waiting over 15 minutes, she came back and said I should leave my number. At little bit later I get a call from the warranty department. I told her what was going on. She tells me my order was canceled. She claims that my address didn't match my debit card address. I told her that it was impossible. I have lived in the same house my whole life. I inherited when my parents died. She then says I need to call my bank. I told her no, I don't. They know where I live. She told me I would get my refund from 7 to 10 days later. I asked her if she could just run my order again. She said no, I have to wait for the refund. I called them back and talked to a manager. He said the same thing about the address. He said if I wrote I live on such and such drive, that for my address I put Dr. Then in ship to part wrote Drive that was the problem. I said that is impossible, I used auto fill. He also said that there was nothing he could do about it. That I would get the refund in 7 to 10 days. When I placed the online order it took them less than a minute to charge my card. I know this for a fact because, my bank sends me a text after any purchase. They never apologized and then he had the nerve to say when I get my refund to call Cricket so I can place a new order. I asked him if he was insane and that I would never use them again.
