I arrived to deal with a phone issue that couldn't be resolved over the phone. I check in, it's…read morevery busy. I see a Verizon rep (got his name Nick) dealing with a very rude, negative, impossible customer who wanted to go in circles. She had already been there over an hour. Nick maintained far more politeness and patience than could have been expected, don't know how he did it. Sara was quickly moving through customers, multitasking between them, making sure everyone was getting taken care of. These are two above and beyond people. I left the store 40 min past closing time as they were still giving the last customers what they needed.

The guys are very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure every costumer leaves happy and come back! I really suggest that if you're in the area check them out they have great deals and are always ready to help you! Most importantly the place is clean and they always have the music playing so while you wait, you're jamming! :-)

Plenty of parking during the day. The clerk suggested I go to another location that was offering free activation, which is well worth all five stars. I'm not sure if they make commission, but I am so glad he clued me in. All the stars to this clerk! The parking lot can be a bit tricky as left turns are impossible leaving the lot, so you may have to make a series of u-turns depending on where you are going after.

Customer service wasn't that friendly but they did no great details about the specifications of each found that they had on display. I did high ever feel that the set up charges they were telling me here were a much higher than what I was quoted at other locations. I do like that it is in a very convenient location and it is a new store so everything is neat and clean. I'm not sure that I will ever use this location I again but if you are in the area and you cannot find another store this one should definitely always be on your radar for emergency purposes only
