Revive was amazing. I had cut my finger on my phone screen, yet again, and I was fed up. I had…read morefound Revive just driving by a week prior and decided to stop in around 3:30 on Monday. I walked in and was greeted by Tyler. He was super personable, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, even phone questions that had nothing to do with the screen repair. The shop was very clean, inviting, and they have a great playlist playing in the background. After he assessed my screen he quoted me and started my repair. I expected that I would need to leave my phone for at least an hour and a half. I was so wrong, he finished in about 30 minutes! Overall I had a great experience with Tyler and my results are great. Tyler took a before and after pic for me that I posted as well. I live in New Orleans, but I would go out of my way to come back to Revive. *They also sell phones and phone accessories*

This place is sketchy at best. You have to zell or cashapp before repair. None of the phone lines…read morework so you can't call in for repair status. The hours say 10am-830pm but he closes at 4-5pm. We've been waiting almost a week for a repair of a cracked phone repair with no results. If things change and I get my phone back repaired, I'll change this review. Otherwise I'll leave it and report him to the BBB as well P.S I think the owner gave himself a 5 star review for both hammond and laplace locations.
