I called them and the woman that answered the phone couldn't have been nicer. I jumped in the car and drove to their shop. While inside this looks like a basic pawn shop; it was so much more. Unbelievable selection of guitars and other musical equipment, as well as jewelry. Owner was very knowledgeable and very nice. He researched my coin, and made a very fair offer. I could have stayed there a lot longer looking at just the guitars, but I had to run. Highly recommended.

It's rare indeed that a customer service agent at a utility company appears to be on your side, but that is always the feeling I have here. I recently had a number of issues with my account, and the kind workers I spoke with gave me sound advice and did all that they could to work through the kinks. Now, the service through AT&T itself has been spotty lately, I won't lie. I've had to reset the router more than once. But when it comes to customer service, they are top... and worlds better than Cox. Wifi is quick too, even if it cuts out a lot. Thanks for hiring good people, AT&T.
