Had I been informed of that limitation I would have utilized an alternative servicer - without ill will toward your company. After picking up my 3DS from your establishment I brought It to Wisp who informed me that a board was bad, the battery was swollen - so should be changed and something else, that I don't recall, so it would not be worth repairing. Although they could repair it if I chose to have it done, they refused to charge me anything at pick up because "they didn't do a repair". In their case they actually deserved a fee so I feel a bit guilty not paying them a troubleshooting fee. Effectively CPR got the fee Wisp deserved. Furthermore you counter person seemed very, very much like they didn't repair portable consoles, or at least what I brought in. I will not be recommending your services to anyone because of the non disclosure and lack of offer for a refund when I voiced the discrepancy to your employee.

It's rare indeed that a customer service agent at a utility company appears to be on your side, but that is always the feeling I have here. I recently had a number of issues with my account, and the kind workers I spoke with gave me sound advice and did all that they could to work through the kinks. Now, the service through AT&T itself has been spotty lately, I won't lie. I've had to reset the router more than once. But when it comes to customer service, they are top... and worlds better than Cox. Wifi is quick too, even if it cuts out a lot. Thanks for hiring good people, AT&T.

But I later found out he has only been working there a couple of months. so forgiven. I went back to the store and here things get bad. the step leading into the store is at least 12 inches high, the building code is no step should be higher than 9 inches. I am 81 years old and when I tried to step up I turned my ankle and ended up flat on my back. The clerk and a customer saw me fall and came to my rescue. The clerk working there the longest is Abraham, he is a delightful man. very helpful and very knowledgeable about the phones they sell. So because of Abraham I gave it 5 stars but the issue with the step gets 1 star. Something really needs to be done before someone gets hurt badly. I intend to contact the building owner. This is the store on Newton in Algiers.
