I'm pretty sure we can all agree that no one really enjoys going to any AT&T stores, but Keron, Henry, and Shalom make my visits much much more bearable than all my other experiences combined. I've been twice recently, and Keron assisted me both times. Shalom has helped him when we had an issue once, and Henry was working both times. All three are very pleasant! I've seen them with customers I probably couldn't even deal with, and they do a fine job! I noticed this location had zero Yelp reviews, and I had to give these 3 employees a shoutout because I've been very impressed! Thanks for making me not completely hate visiting AT&T. read more

Do not go to this store !!! It is the most rudest impolite employees I have ever encountered. I was detained there for 2 hours Christmas Eve!! Received no phone activation & no apologies!!! Buyer beware if you upgrade your phone in this store, please implicitly ask if you will be signed up for an additional $10 a month next up promotion on the installment plan for the new device you are purchasing. I upgraded 4 devices and they signed all 4 up for the Next Up program (additional $10 per month per line) without asking me or informing me they were adding this to my monthly installment plan. If I could give it zero stars I would. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but the employee "helping me" seemed like he would have rather be anywhere else than at the store. He was monosyllabic and did not even offer the slightest help with choosing a phone - was more interested in selling the latest (and most expensive) phone, which hasn't even come out. Their attire was unprofessional, which matched their demeanor. As I was walking out, I said thank you (which was overly generous, and they should be saying to me), and all I got in return was "no problem." Guess what, it's a big problem. I went up the street to the north Kenner location and was treated professionally and friendly, and they sold me the phone that I wanted in 10 minutes flat, along with accessories. My suggestion is go to the Kenner West Esplanade location if you need AT&T service. read more

Absolutely abysmal customer service, 30 days and counting without internet despite several calls and appointments made no contact, no updates, nothing. Do yourself a favor and end your service with AT&T now and get with literally ANY other service provider to avoid headache read more

This place is weird. The employees dress strangely and are rude. As soon as I walked in I felt the negative vibe. The printer didn't work and they did not care. Place seems like some type of far left liberal hub of sorts. If you like your sanity, don't go to this place. read more

I just signed up for a fiberoptic internet connection. The service tech was fast, efficient, and quite pleasant. BUT trying to get the connection activated was a nightmare. AT&T's systems were down while the tech was here, so I had to call. It was quite frustrating, and required a call-back to another tech after the first hung up on me when I requested to talk to a supervisor. Now, why the one star? The first tech I spoke to tried to scam me into giving the password to my google/gmail account, claiming that she needed access to my private eMails (and thereby access to my banks, etc) in order to compete set-up. This might be one bad apple, but it's downright dangerous that the company employees people like this. read more

I went in the store and asked to add mobile hotspot to my account. she said okay your all good and I asked the price and she said $60. then she said I asked for a new line and that she couldn't cancel the mistake she made. wanted me to call a toll free number to fix it. she then told me that I asked for a new line but clearly never did. I understand the hustle of trying to hit your sales quota but this is rediculous. Red haired woman made me lose an hour of my time on a work day. read more

was told by att rep to purchase a sim card from an att store. went to store to purchase an att card for a prepaid plan. Representative there sold me a card that cannot be used. sold me a card that was associated with another number and locked according to Att. Att store manager refused to give refund. read more

Opened a first net account last week, with the BOGO offer was not given any paperwork on the AT&T account or told that the second line would be a separate account on AT&T. Placed a call to customer service today and just now finding out all of his. No clear information received from rep in store. After the transaction was done and paid for she moved to the next customer and did not even ask if I had anymore questions. Poor customer service. Will not be returning to this store. read more

Went here this evening to help my mom upgrade her phone. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a male salesperson who asked us what brought us in. As soon as my mom says we are there to upgrade her phone, he snaps back with "we're about to close... there's a storm coming." Mm, yea, Hurricane Laura IS coming. Thanks for the reminder, bud. It's coming to the other side of the state, and my mom needs a new phone to keep in touch with her family in the hurricane's path. Whatever, you're closing. That's fine. He didn't know any of this and didn't need to. What caught me by surprise was the incredible rudeness and condescending way we were treated by this salesperson. A simple "I'm sorry, but we're closing due to the weather" would've been sufficient and not so off-putting. It's too bad this is an authorized retailer and not a corporate AT&T store. They make AT&T look really bad. We left this store and went to the real AT&T store on Clearview, where we were treated with kindness and professionalism, and got the phone we needed. read more
