if I could give zero stars I would. Dennis is a shady businessman. Take your phone elsewhere. I'm fixing to call better business bureau on him. He's not an honest man and does not have morals or integrity. He quoted $160 over the phone and when I got there it was another higher price $165. It's not about $5 it's the principle. He accepts cash only which I thought was very sketchy. He has more cameras in his business than probably any bank. He must screw people over all the time. My phone screen was broken and would not come on. He told me it would be $160 to repair back to working condition. He never once mention that my Face time wouldn't work. Days later when I tried to use Face time for the 1st time I noticed it wasn't working. So I called him thinking that it would be warrantied in the labor. He tells me it will cost more money to fix that. He over talk me almost the entire time. Never once showed any empathy. He's obviously a scammer and shady businessmen. He's Not to be trusted especially with peoples valuables and personal devices. DO NOT GO To This Rip Off! read more

I got 2 iPhone screens replaced (at different times) and they wanted cash only. I didn't know this until after they fixed the first one. I found it kind of shady but they seemed to do a good job. I decided to bring a second phone to get fixed. It cracked within 2 weeks of being fixed. It cracked while being held, it was never dropped. After getting the second phone fixed, the first one also cracked. Now that they are both cracked I started to wonder if it was an installation issue. It seems pretty coincidental. I brought it to another shop and they told me the glass they used appeared to be too thin. I spoke to Denis and explained the situation and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could give me some sort of deal since I need to have 2 fixed (I'm thinking just pay for parts and maybe a little labor- since it takes 10 min) and he said he'd take $5 off. I do not think that is a reasonable offer. I am sure they assume that the phones were dropped and not well taken care of, but they were. Bottom line, I should've trusted my gut when they told me cash only AFTER fixing the first one. Shame on me but I figured I'd warn people. You have no recourse when paying cash. Oh and they DO NO give receipts. Update: I checked my personal records and he charged me $60 the first time so he is NOT giving ANY help! What a joke! I'm a high school teacher and will be warning all of my students about this place. read more

If I could give a zero I would, My iPhone was working just fine all I needed was a new screen, When I received my phone back from this company my touch screen wasn't working I had to turn my phone on and off a thousand times for it to work, They did something to my phone. I brought my phone back to them to see if they would be able to fix the problem. I was told I have touch disease and I needed to pay $100 to get it fixed, I wasn't about to do that so I purchased a new phone but not from this store of course. read more

Horrible service. I left my phone there to get a screen replacement, and got a call back 2 hours later saying that they only had a screen that wasn't the same color as my original. I agreed to the different color because I needed my phone fixed asap and didn't have any time left in the day to go somewhere else. That could have been avoided if they would have checked their inventory before I left the store. Upon completion, I went back to pay for my phone and went on my way. Later that day, I made a call on it and found out that my earpiece didn't work. I called iphone dr about it and I was told that nothing could be done because they didn't touch the earpiece on the screen, which was a lie, because my original earpiece, homebutton (black), and static shield was transfered to the new screen (white). Now I have a home button that doesn't match my screen, that I didn't agree to. When they transfered my speaker/proximity sensor flex cable assembly, they didn't transfer the insulating tape that goes on the flex cable, so it caused a part to short out, rendering my earpiece useless. I'm highly UNSATISFIED and do NOT RECCOMEND this place to anyone. Don't go there unless you want to take a chance on being ripped off. Money down the drain. I'm PISSED!! read more

I would give zero star if I could but I can't. Went in got my screen replaced. Got it done in about 20 minutes. Cool? Not! Went in the parking lot to text my bf and told him I was done. Some of my letter froze on me. Went back in and told Denise the problem, so he fixed it right then and there. He insured me that his service was "lifetime warranty" if there's an internal problem and not another shattered screen, which made sense that he will fix it at no charge. So I left there feeling assured. Came home and realized when I did a front camera recording my audio was off. I called him and told him the problem. He then told me its because I update my phone through the my phone instead of updating it through my computer which btw I NEVER do and that was the reason why my audio isn't working. Now my screen is totally blue and my phone doesn't work. I took it out to Apple Store and the helpful guy told me its my screen replacement that caused all these display malfunction. Apple can't do anything about it BECAUSE it's not their parts. I called Denise again because he told me his service is "lifetime" and he told me he can't do anything about it and it's the fuse that is burnt and not his work. BS! Man up to your mistake! I paid $800 plus for this iPhone 6 Plus thinking I went a cheaper/faster route and this is what happened. Either I pay $967 for a new phone or go phone less. So now I'm stuck with a non working phone! Moral of the story: you get for what you paid for. In the end you'll actually paying more than what you THINK you're saving. Karma is a Beach so watch out Denise! It's going to bite you HARD! DONT GO HERE!! Put that extra $20-$40 and go to apple and have them fix your phone because if anything happen Apple can replace your phone! Lesson learned! Told me one price to fix the phone completely but when I picked up the phone, the camera screen was not fixed. I was told by the owner that it wasn't part of the price they had quoted even though that was one of the main things I asked for when dropping off the phone and should have been part of the order. Owner was very arrogant and self righteous. Would not even let me complete a sentence. Will never do business with them again. Horrible customer service. read more

This place had my phone for 4hours and failed to tell me that they couldn't fix my phone. I called 3 times and asked if it was ready and they kept saying that they haven't gotten to it yet. I went in when they said they said it would be ready and the girl told me that they were working on it. I waited another 15 minutes and they told me that they couldn't fix it because it was an IPhone 6s. I will never be returning to this place again. read more
