I dropped my IPhone this morning. Stopped in at the Lihue Verizon and ended up using my insurance to replace my phone, but would have to wait 3 days for it to come in. When I went home I realized that I needed a phone for emergencies and especially for work. My husband and I ended up going to the Verizon Dealer Go wireless next to Safeway in Kapaa. I upgraded to the IPhone 8 using my upgrade. We had the Best Customer Service ever by Matt! He truly is knowledgeable and feel he is a Huge asset to this Company. Matt helped me set up my new iphone, synched my IPad to my new phone, gave me a credit for my broken phone, and a discount on accessories. The charge plug on my Iphone got wet while I was on vacation. I use my phone for business (Island Trader Charters) and for personal use. I went into this Verizon store not knowing what to expect. I was greeted by karren, she is very professional and the friendliest face on the island. karren accessed my situation and went right into action, she was able to get me a new Iphone using my insurance right away, she helped me backup and download my phone and had it up and running in no time. While I was waiting for my IPhone to be ready I had questions about another phone models and Karren knew them well and answered all my questions. I'm quite sure the other employees are good as well but Karren really went above and beyond for me.
