I called around and no one could recover my data off of the hard drive on Kauai. I was looking at having to input months of data that wad lost. I contacted Josh. He discussed options with me and said that he would try to recover my data. He contacted me as soon as he was able to get my data making my stress level decrease. Josh was able to figure out how to get my data, update me to the latest software, and get my business back up and running within 48 hours. Actually turned out that Apple had a recall for those particular Macbook screens and I got mines repaired for free - I recommend knowing about these in case the employees don't bring it up and upcharge you. Turnaround was about 3-4 days, really fast service. They called when it was ready and I was in the shop for less than 15 minutes. It is vulnerable as they need to access your laptop but I recommend backing everything up on an external hard drive. Best next thing to an Apple store - Highly recommend!

I didn't get the name of the guy that helped me (receipt said CJ) but he definitely deserves a raise! He took a look at my old battery and quickly figured out that the larger battery I bought (4 year warranty) wouldn't fit in the compartment and exchanged for a smaller one (3 year warranty, bummers), then installed it for me. Entire process took about 10 minutes. Dude was so fast and efficient that he left me in awe.

First of all you get a representative from the mainland. The person I talked to advised me that the Iwilei Best Buy were sold out on the microwave that I was looking for . She did advise me that Aiea location had 1 in stock so I rushed over to the Aiea Best Buy . Aiea store is very clean and spacious their appliances is located upstairs. I did asked a sale person if I could get that last Panasonic microwave. He then went into the stock room and came out with the box . He asked that if I needed help carrying the microwave downstairs and I said ok . The young gentleman took the microwave to the cashier station . I got to the cashier counter and Christian helped ringing my merchandise up . Christian gave me the total and the price was different than the quote I got from the customer service agent over the phone . I Immediately showed Christian the email and right away Christian change the price for me .
