Three weeks ago needed two new tires for my car and told them to go ahead to order. Two weeks ago no call or text so called them to inquire about the status of my order and turns out the order wasn't even put in! Lady on the phone said she'll have someone call me but still no call back! So disappointing. He said to me, "The Mechanics advise me to do one thing and Management advises me to do another." I think this is the crux of the problem. I had to contact the District Manager, Chris Yoo at 564-1915 to get half a refund and the President of Servco Kauai, Rick Ching at 564-2377, to get a full refund and an invitation not to return to Servco Kauai. read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST! I do not recommend coming here. Dropped my 2020 4runner off here not knowing the horrible things I'd have to go through!!! They kept my car for 4 months! Barely updated us on our car status. Told us our insurance would cover the cars cost. They then tried to charge us $1000 to finally pick the car up 4 months later and all they did was change spark plugs! I pick the car up feb 3rd and paid $400 then within hours that day after driving it off the lot the issue came right back!!!!!!!!!! Not even a full day getting it back from them. They had my car for 4 months and nothing got fixed. The Absolute Worst. I do not recommend AT ALL. They currently have my car and who knows how much longer they'll have it for... I feel like my time has been absolutely wasted and am beyond heartbroken. read more

Royce and Ray were the guys that I have communicated with in my two service visits at Servco Auto. Both were very professional, described to me in detail what was completed on my Forester and the prices they charged were fair. The service was great and service timely. The space is new, clean, and easy to find and the customer service agents were also quick to give me different options for appointment times. Note: Royce noticed my Safety Check had expired and offered to include it in that in service so now I know---they also do Safety Checks here which is great if you want to get multiple items checked off in one service. read more

Worst service ever. I've bought two vehicles here. Bring them both in for regular maintenance. Make an appointment and it takes 2 hours for just an oil change. 2 HOURS. If you don't come complain after two hours they'll take 3 hours. It's unbelievable. Not that there's many other options but with a Toyota dealership reputation customers should be able to get an oil change in less than two hours. We have jobs too. I'm not one to post bad reviews but I will never come back here for service. read more

Sales department review only. I have been to this dealership twice in the last 2 week. The first time, I walked the entire parking lot to review their new and used inventory. No one came out to help. And yes they were open. The second time, I walked for a good 10-15 minutes again. I looked at most of the inventory again. By the time I was ready to leave, a salesman came out. He came across entitled as if I am required to come inside to get a salesman to purchase a car. I don't mind letting a person make a commission off my sale, but not if I have to put all the work in. I purchased a brand new 2013 Toyota Tacoma in 2014. No real problems until the paint on the roof started oxidizing about 3 years later. I took it in and spoke to Randy who I bought it from. Randy told me to go talk to the service manager around back and said that he would be right there. I did, however, Randy never showed up. The service manager looked at the roof, said Toyota had a problem with the paint back then and realized they had a problem. He pointed to another truck on the lot and said "see that one, same thing". He informed me that since it was already over 3 years and Toyota only warranted their paint for 3 years, they would not do anything for me. I asked him since Toyota realized they had a paint problem, did they have any recalls? He said they did not. I told him that I would never buy another new Toyota again and he shrugged his shoulders like "who gives a s--t". Thank you Toyota. Thank you Randy. Thank you service manager with an attitude. It will be a snowstorm in hell before I ever do business with Servco Auto Kauai again. I cannot believe their attitude, lack of professionalism and refusal to make right a situation due to their inferior product. I am considering starting a class action lawsuit against Toyota and Servco. Anyone with the same paint problems, please post your concerns. read more

If I could give Servco Kauai a negative stars I would. Their service department is horrible. took my vehicle into them over 3 months ago to check out a rush that was coming through on my 2016 4Runner. wanted to see if the warranty covered it. Took it in on Feb 6,2021. The service guy told me he had to take pictures and send it to the warranty department and that once they get back to him he'll call me to let me know. 3 weeks goes by I hear nothing. I call them to find out the guy who took the pictures quit. ok so was told that someone else would get back to me. Waited another 2 weeks nothing. Called back upset and got the service manager Ed. He told me to bring my car back so he could take picture. so I brought my car to him he took pictures and said he would have to send the pictures to the warranty department to see if it's covered. 2 weeks goes by I hear nothing from Ed the manager. I call him and he tells me ok so the rust is covered by your warranty. I would now have to take my car to Kauai collision for an estimate. The next day I take my car to Kauai collision. They said they would send Kauai Toyota the estimate via email. A week goes by I hear nothing from Servco. I call Kauai collision to see if they sent the estimate. They confirmed they did and also sent me one. I call Ed back And asked him what's going on. he than tells me Kauai collision is so busy they can't take my car and that he'll try again. 3 weeks passes and I hear nothing from Kauai Toyota. So I called Ed again and he tells me the same thing Kauai collision is booked for months and can't take my car. He'll try again later and see what he can do. At this point I know he's full of shit. He comes off like how dare I bother him with this. So I call Kauai collision and they tell me that they can take my car next week but I'm unable to schedule cause the order needs to come from Servco. I called them back to tell them what I've been told only to hear nothing from them. My vehicle isn't even 5 years old and there's rust coming through. That right there is already upsetting. And the warranty for this rust ends October of this year and for these people to have a I don't give a shit Attitude is even more upsetting. With the route Servco is going my warranty will be up before they'll fix the problem. I'll never buy a vehicle from them again. read more

Servco Toyota Kauai has moved from their long time Rice Street location over to this new location on Ulu Maika Street near the new Hokulei Village in Lihue. Their new facility combines the service and sales to be all in one location. The flow and ease of dropping off my car for service this morning was a breeze compared to their old service location in Lihue Industrial Park. They still offer shuttle services so you can drop your car off and head to work, or wherever you'd like to go during the time they have your car. The staff is friendly and helpful. I made my appointment with ease and was able to speak to someone locally versus the call center on a neighbor island to make my appointment. I can't speak for everyone but Kauai residents seem to choose Servco Toyota again and again over the years because of their commitment to quality and service of their products! PS: Randy Lawrence is an excellent person to work with when purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. I can't say enough to show my appreciation for his patience with me when I purchased my last vehicle. read more

I was willing to pay a little extra for them to do the work for getting the vehicle, but the salesman flat out said it was not possible and that the entire inventory in the State of Hawaii did not carry the vehicle I wanted. So I left, and bought one on the West Coast. Thanks for nothing...I guess. Service Department: I take my vehicle to get an alignment one month. The very next month, my brand new factory wheels start to erode with rust. They replaced the the wheels, but wanted to charge me again for the alignment. WTF? Am I missing something here? I was just here a month ago...and you want to charge me for something that you needed to replace because the wheels were a defect?! C'mon! Pull your head out of your A**! Alan Sagucio made our day when we showed up at Toyota Kauai's service bay with water soaking the passenger-side floor mat in our venerable Prius. We are new to the island, and never having had this problem before, we wondered how we'd do without the car for days if it was something dire. Alan settled the issue quickly--got down on his knees, studied the scene, reached in and squeezed a little hose, and presto! He'd unclogged a blocked air-conditioner drain. Problem solved, swiftly, expertly, with a smile.
