I have a 1987 Buick Grand National which recently developed a gas leak leading to a strong smell of gasoline when i started it up - and even left a trail of gasoline on my parking pad when I moved it! I checked reviews for mobile mechanics in my area and Z Mobile came out on top so I called them to ask for help. Zac told me that he was in the area and would stop by when he was finished with his last booking of the day. Well, he did stop by and he got down to work as soon as he arrived. No BS and he identified the problem. Zac is a good guy to work with - he is good at what he does, he's professional and he has a good sense of humor! Avoid Zach and his lazy, dishonest, overpriced "service" at all costs. Not only did he try to overcharge me for a couple of transactions before my transmissions died on two different vehicles, but then when the transmissions died, he did not even check them out first before he said I had to order new $3000 transmissions from his preferred manufacturer plus $1700 labor for him to install. I said, "Don't you wanna go into the hood and troubleshoot some items before we order the transmission?" He fought me on a tooth and nail and refused to do any other work except for drive the vehicle and simply say "just sounds like it needs a new transmission." I trusted him against my better judgment, and he ordered the transmission he thought would be best. It took over 10 weeks to arrive. Throughout the time he could not tell me where it was, if it had shipped, there was no tracking information on it whatsoever. It was a complete disorganized mess. I had to start calling young brothers myself to see if the cargo ships had arrived and which days they were open. He refused to do any of the legwork for me And many times I was told erroneous false information that O'Reillys had said that it was in DC seven weeks after I was told it had shipped here. Turned out that was incorrect. That was only the first transmission... It finally arrived in late November and he first told me he was not available to install it that day. I was floored. He knew how much business and time had been lost. I told him I was going to have to look for another mechanic and only at the last minute, did he begrudgingly decide he was going to do the work. After he installed the new transmission, and it immediately started knocking and doing things even the old transmission had never done. It was knocking and jerking every time I tried to step on the gas, even at a slow speed. It would jerk forward it as if someone hit me from behind. I tried to text and tell him that something was wrong with the transmission, but he didn't believe me. I had to make a list of things plus send a video of my self driving to show that the transmission was stuttering and jolting me forward. He didn't believe me when I told him that the transmission was bad. I had to fight with him to get him to come back up and drive the vehicle. Upon driving it, he confirmed the transmission was in fact bad that he had ill advised me to order, charged me over $1700 plus additional money for parts to install. At least it was under warranty so he was bound to have to fix it for no cost to me. Except for all of the time and rentals that I was going to lose waiting for another transmission so a total of something like 21 weeks. He then made a comment that he was definitely going to "put a claim in to get his own labor cost back since it was warrantied." at no point did he ever offer me any credit for the bad service or parts that he himself ordered!??? That is only the beginning of the problems. I was devastated as this is the only source of my income and losing this vehicle for Rentals is catastrophic to my business and personal finances. Zach told me he would put the order in right away for the 2nd NEW TRANSMISSION. He said he did that on December 3. Note that the prior transmission was ordered October 3, took nine weeks to arrive and he installed it in late November. It is now February 5, and I have just been told by Zach that ***not only was the order for the replacement transmission never shipped as he told me over and over and over again, but he is not willing to give me any sort of discount unless I find my own new body shop to do the work, cover all of my own losses without any help from him. Not only that, he lied to me about the fact that it was never ordered. Instead, he was trying to in a very fraudulent & backhanded way get me to let him access the vehicle so he could get away with not telling me that the transmission was never shipped. Apparently the transmission needs to go through a series of test before they issue the new one as a replacement for the warranty terms. This was all news to me. They told me that the new one had already shipped literally two months ago, and apparently it was never shipped and a series of test have to take place before. It is even approved. The fraud and negligence across-the-board in this case is overwhelming. Plus, he is still trying to use my vehicle to access it to put in his own claim for labor with no credit towards me unless I find another mechanic. This man is as dishonest and selfish as they come. I'm now having to seek legal counseling to seek damages and loss of income now by no fault of my own. I trusted this person to handle my prized vehicle and he Was only out for himself. He was lazy, negligent, fraudulent in his dealings, completely overpriced for the work he did do, and when the warranty went wrong, he gave me no credit and no discount due to his own transaction in his own decisions. read more

To start off when I met him, he did some repairs for me very happy next time I needed him All my friends told me I needed a new fuel pump and he had to drop a gas tank and quite expensive well Zack came by comes back to me a few minutes later and says this will relay right here cost about $13 Fixed the problem. He has also worked many of my Cars a few times and he still has more things to do. Recently, he was on vacation and I had to get another mechanic. I blew a water pump what a nightmare it cost me $900 to tow tips and install a broken van that came by came up with the solutions put my band back together and it's still running. The other guy was gonna charge me another $3000 to correct the problem it was over a $54 gasket. The price he charged was very fair. Thank God for Zack a very great guy to work with and is a very, super intelligent mechanic would highly rate him. I would give him 10+ stars and his integrity is wonderful.
