I then called my insurance and was told there was no correspondence on my account since the first payment in January. So I called Jaime and relayed what my insurance rep told me. (30 DAYS) TODAY at 8:02 I get a call from Derek of street image telling me they need to push the time to 12:00 because they need to "ALIGN" the vehicle ?!?!
