THIRTY FIVE FEET!? After being waffled into a purchase we ended up returning this cheap heap of junk the very next day (not made in the U.S.A.) with a cable long enough to charge a small boat! So after a few hours of struggling I decided to go back to the store and get assistance. The assistant who helped me was Monica, and I think even she had a few moments where she was trying to fathom out what I had done, but she came through and got everything up and running. I would like to give Monica a big shout out for her patience and understanding and for her skill in getting the phone set up.
