We called for two days straight at all hours of the day and never got an answer. We called both numbers too. We showed up and although the hours said it should have been open there was a sign on the door that said it was closed for a delivery. I left message and returned every hour for the next 3-4 hours and no one answered or gave me a call back, or opened the shop back up. There were multiple signs that that somebody was there in between each time I stopped by to check if it reopened. Not reliable. We ended up not being able to explore the area and we will have to figure out how we are going to explore the remaining trip.

Not a honest company: 1. Website price for wheelchair is $75…read moreper week and about $20 each additional days but when I called, the lady answered the call would not honor their own website pricing and insisted that it was $100 per week and $30 per additional day. 2. My insurance agent suggested me to ask about Medicare discount available or not. I called again and the guy who answered gave me an attitude and told me "No discount and it is only $100, we don't have to go through with this." 3. When we arrived, the contract says $100 per week and $35 a day (not $30 like the lady said). 4.We rent for 8 days just in case knowing we might end up return it one day early on a Fri rather on Sat which they are not open and another review said they had problem returning on Sat so I specifically ask about the return policy. The lady told me it is fine to return early and they would only charge based on the days we kept the wheelchair. However, when I returned it early, the guy used prorate to calculate the last day so we only got a bit over $14 refunded which originally cost us $ 35 for the 8th day. Be careful about their pricing and refund policy if you are like us not able to find another place to rent a wheelchair.

I was driving down the road and spotted the front facing sign for this vision practice. Seriously. So I pulled in and the eye doctor was actually inside on a weekend! He happened to have my type of lenses in my prescription as samples and gave them to me. Can you believe it?? I cannot. One of the most wonderful coincidences in my entire life. A gem of a person. It was a Friday afternoon and this center had the only optometrist available in town to perform the procedure. I called several times starting at 3:15 PM and the man answering the phone assured me he would call back "in a few minutes" after speaking with the optometrist. Even though they are open until 5 PM calls placed after 4 PM went to voicemail. Since the business was open until 5 PM I drove there arriving at 4:40 PM. The only one there by then was the optometrist who advised me that she was too tired to perform the procedure and told me to drive to Idaho Falls even though it was snowing at the time. The failure to call back as promised and the optometrist's uncaring attitude should make other future patients reluctant to seek their care.
