He found everything I needed that was not on the floor by going in the back to get it for me, and when he got back, he carried everything to check out for me without me asking, and then waited for me to check out and carried everything to my car. We came looking for the game Rummikub and left with Catch Phrase. The game aisle was a bit disappointing as there were empty spaces/shelves. Target is having a 4 day Summer Sale for Circle members only and sodas, band aids, swim wear and varying products are price reduced. Checkout was exhausting as their sales apply to Circle members only which we were unaware of until checkout. However, the savings of about $25.00 proved worth the hassle. Worked for these people. And honestly... worst management I've EVER WITNESS. ONLY decided on FAVORITES. Some lead was supposed to be already fired for leaving someone after hours and they got nothing. Not even a slap in the hand but fired the EMPLOYEE who stayed to finish up their things. Mind you this lead ONLY stayed in their shit office to watch football and baseball games. walking around surveying the employees thinking they aren't doin anything but they are. But then this guy just walks back into his office and watches games. I've seen it as a customer and as a EMPLOYEE. And he's still hired to this day. What a useless lead. And as a rule... if a team lead leaves a worker/customer inside while arming the system, you will be terminated immediately... what happened???? He's still hired till this day. (Favoritism) I've caught him so many times as a worker being a MAJOR creep to the females that come in. ONLY ASKING THEM WHAT THEY NEED AND GIVING THEM MORE HELP THEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT ACTUALLY NEEDS HELP. He still has the same job and title because Yet whenever the REAL CORPORATION STAFF COME IN. All they do is kiss his shoe and that's it. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. And terrible people who only help their OWN friends or relationships. Not the store. To stay working at this Target. I have worked at a SUPER TARGET BEFORE. And they didn't even have this level of disrespect for employees. If you aren't Friends with the HR, LEADS, AND EVEN MANAGERS. You're done for. They'll reject you ONLY because you aren't part of their "country". Everyone is mostly European or Spanish. You try talking to someone and they'll bring you half across the store to ask someone who ACTUALLY speaks English. Only for what you're looking for was in the WHOLE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE. (WHERE YOU STARTED!!!) they don't even try to help. There are some who ACTUALLY TRY AND I RESPECT. I'm not against hiring people like that. But there is a limit when you are done with their sh**. Learn to help other people no matter their standing and they can't even accomplish that. Hurts me more to say this about a good paying job. But this place has been ruined because of the lack of a REAL PROFESSIONAL HR. And MANAGEMENT. Good people. BUT TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOBS. Remove them because not many know what happens behind the scene. It is chaos and a horrible place to work. Yet many of these people only stay because of the pay. I only hope for management to REMOVE all, and actually hire real workers and real professionals who can ACTUALLY put aside friendship and relationships. He talked down on me like if I wasn't doing enough yet I did enough with how they were tearing the employees. I caught my own lead watching SHOE UNBOXINGS with a TV in their OWN LEAD ROOM. Not helping the team at all and blaming his own team because they didn't finish. He could've helped and what happened. I walk in to the lead office and catch him laughing and smiling about shoes. Mind you. That same day we were SOOO BUSY. WHAT HAPPENED??? Our lead was tooo busy worrying about what shoe came on. Be fr. How sad that they're letting people like this ruin the environment with this. I left this job because of FAVORITISM, CHILDISH BEHAVIOR, and especially UNFAIRNESS. In all the jobs I've had. It never got to this point. oh yeh, yall don't believe me? I got evidence based on how it is. Pictures and even other witnesses supporting my claims and they still work in that terrible place. Terrible people to have as managers and leads. I just hope they do investigations and figure out why they let people like them run the store soo poorly. P.s. wake up people. Your own target store is being run by clowns who fake being professionals. They don't know why they're doing. Sales only are good because it's in the MIDDLE OF JACKSON HOLE a now BILLIONAIRE PLACE. I didn't even know there's a Target in Jackson now, but I'm glad we found it. Nate was in need of some first aid supplies and I had fun browsing the aisles of this super clean and bright Target. It's a decent size and had plenty of clothing, decor, and everything else you'd expect from Target, just no produce. I got some bottled drinks to keep at our hotel room, and even found a small purse for concerts that I'd been eyeing. Unfortunately they were completely out of the stuff Nate needed (hydrocortisone cream), which was a bit of a bummer, as I get a discount at Target with my Red card. We did end up finding some at a shop downtown which was way more expensive. Note that plastic bags are banned in the area, so plan to bring a reusable bag or pay for a paper bag. Definitely a convenient location with plenty of parking. read more

Worst service I've seen at self checkout. Had about $220 of groceries and the terminal quit working. Self checkout lady made no attempt to reset that system. Left the store, left the groceries. Have fun putting them back if you can't help paying customers with cash in hand. But go figure they sure like watching people Went to Albertsons instead and yep, their self checkout quit working. The gentleman working self checkout came over immediately & swiped his employee badge which let me pay and get my groceries. As to any value, the Albertsons cart actually had MORE groceries and was cheaper! By about $60 I'll add Selection was 20x better at the other grocery shops in town. Sorry target, y'all lost a customer over the service at self checkout. read more

We purchase literally thousands (and thousands!) of dollars worth of merchandise from Target on an annual basis & am a RedCard holder, too. Was told today by store manager "Mike" that a brand new, unopened Ring (a minor $99 item) was not returnable because I purchase it in April - 90 days ago. An unopened, perfect condition item (like we just grabbed it off the shelf) that will sell in 5 minutes once it's re-shelved. Target's return policy states: "Enjoy free & easy returns. Changed your mind? We're happy to accept returns for a full refund within 90 days for most items. Add an extra 30 days if you paid with RedCard." NOT ACCURATE - yet listed clearly on their website. After he told me he "could not return it due to policy" I asked if he had manager discretion (most managers do), he said "no, it's store policy." I can probably use the Ring at another location (from the one I purchased it for), but it's the principal of the issue. ZERO customer service, ZERO regard for the type of regular customer we are, and ZERO kindness. I'm definitely done making the fat purchases I use to make from Target (simply because it was convenient). I will now go out of my way to make purchases elsewhere even though Target is one of the few places in Jackson for specific items. I'm so disappointed in how this transaction was handled and how big corporations disregard any logical customer service (if "Mike" was being honest about not having discretion). This store is so unhelpful for locals. The sporting goods is so minimal that they didn't even have a single baseball item when little league started up here. There is a grocery store on every corner here and they used up quite a bit of square footage for sub par grocery items. We all thought this store would fill a void in town, but we still have to rely on Amazon and trips to wal mart in Idaho Falls. read more

I've been to this Target multiple times & it's been great but today a homeless man approached me and grabbed me by my waist in the drink aisle. I did alert management and they were looking at security footage. I didn't file a police report -- but for younger women going to Target or anyone letting their kids go there please teach them what to do in a circumstance like that and keep them safe! read more

Pretty average for a Target. My dad and I stopped in here while we were in town to get some snacks and drinks and such.

I have used curbside pick up for years and I've ever experienced anything quite as terrible as today at this particular Target. I waited in my car for 40 minutes! I called and called and each time they hung up on my as soon as they picked up. I have a little baby in the car and two toddlers... they were screaming and needing to use the bathroom. I couldn't bring them inside because I had no stroller or anything with me so I could fit my order in my car. Finally I flagged down an employee gathering carts. She brought someone out. I needed a new phone case and I went to a couple stores, none of them had the right case I was looking for or the box it's in would say it's for my phone but it never fit. So I stopped at Target hoping to get the right case for once and there were a couple associates who were able to help me find the right case and I even got a couple screen protectors. They fit my phone perfectly and the associates there were so nice! read more
