6/28/2023 I found this shop from a leaflet in a rental car at Jackson airport for cellphone cover repair. It took about 5min. by car from the hotel where I was staying. Another elderly female customer came to the store first, and she also praised the male clerk who responded. The male clerk was very kind to explain to me and responded immediately. What's more, who changed me to a new cover within 5 min. I forgot my phone charger, so I bought it there. Both were reasonably priced, which surprised me since I'm from CA. I was able to visit a very conscientious shop to bring it if the charger was a problem after purchase. I recommend this store to everyone. read more

The very tip of my charger broke off deep inside my iPhone. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone or at least give up my current phone for days/weeks while it was taken apart to remove this. (It was a tiny metal fragment less than a millimeter in size and it been pushed all the way up inside the charging port.) When I called the Computer Clinic the technician said to bring it on in so I did immediately. He looked at it right away, disappeared for about 15 seconds and returned with my iPhone ready to go. I have no idea how he got it out but he did and didn't even charge me anything. The shop is a very professional operation - clean, neat, comfortable. The technician clearly knew what he was doing and provided great, friendly service. This will definitely be my 'go to' location for all our computer/iPhone/iPad needs. read more

Computer Clinic's iPhone screen replacement is quick but they use terrible quality hardware. The first replacement screen I got developed horizontal lines within minutes and had lousy resolution compared to the Apple original. Screen number two developed vertical lines in a matter of days. Now I am on screen number three, which has two fatal flaws. First, it is unusable while wearing polarized glasses, unlike the OEM Apple screens. Second, the sensor that turns the touchscreen off when making a phone call doesn't work. Nothing like having the pressure from your ear FaceTime multiple other people during a call. I am now outside of Computer Clinic's 30-day warranty period but wouldn't want a fourth worthless screen from them anyways. Beware. read more

The individual who helped me was very kind and friendly. I thought their prices a bit steep, but perhaps the location necessitates the rates. I will say that they said they would give me a call in the morning to give me the results of my $40 hardware diagnostic test, and I finally called at 1400 to get some information. The nice service guy said the owner would give me a call later in the afternoon with a final estimate. This never happened, but at this point I had realised I would not be getting repairs from them anyways based on the price. The main reason for the 3 stars is because of how helpful the service professional was. read more

The service great, the product results were great, the price quote was changed however they quoted $178 and when I arrived they told me $188. They charged me $59 labor when the price board they had posted on the wall said $49. That was disappointing read more

Buyer Beware! I was desperate. Had just shattered my ipad screens. The owner quoted a screen replacement off the cuff of $300. Agreed to it not feeling good about it. Soon after the repair, the new screen started flaking around the button. I didn't react immediately as it came with a warranty, and the screen worked fine. Within a few days cracks streaked across the whole screen and horizontal lines began making the screen unviewable. I took it back. I told the owner my screen had cracks throughout. He looked sympathetic, but shared that there was nothing he could do because I had obviously dropped it. I ask how one could drop an ipad such that it could shatter from the button. He nodded in agreement. Once again, he looked sympathetic and told me there was nothing he could do as my ipad's battery had obviously swollen pushing the button out thusly cracking the screen. Being a standup guy, he offered to redo the screen at a 15% discount. He pulled out his price sheet, and I could see the price of the job just completed was supposed to have been $265, not $300. I was quoted a redo price based on taking 15% off the off-the-cuff $300 price of $255. I went to the Apple Store where they exchanged my broken for a brand new same model for $298. Funny that a "computer expert" wouldn't be aware of Apple's repair resolution, but hard to accept one would be so immoral to be aware of it, say nothing and profit immensely. read more
