It's a short review but by far, the friendliest post office I've been to. Reposted previous review: This is by far, the most efficient and nicest post office I've been to. It's a small office but well stocked with USPS supplies that you may need. There is plenty of parking and even in the winter, easily accessible. The employees are fabulous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Best thing, you never need to wait too long to get assistance. Two thumbs up in my book!

When it finally got my turn to the counter, I was told they didn't any boxes to fit my poles in and I was recommended to go to the UPS store instead. The solo staff member was nice and helpful. All of the other locals apparently knew her and was patient with the wait time.

They don't answer emails and rarely answer the phone these days. . Don't expect any apologies. If you need something such as mail forwarding, expect to email and call several times. You may get an answer eventually. It is very frustrating as the service used to be ok. Every year I hope they will improve, but actually they seem to get worse. They do remember to bill you though. And to increase the price by 10 or 15 percent each year! I do have to applaud their business acumen as they charge for effectively no service. I visited in person to confirm that they accept general delivery packages from all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). I was told yes and no form or fee was required. I followed their instructions exactly when addressing the package. According to tracking, my package was delivered on a Friday. When I went in on Monday to pick it up, the only employee on duty, Will, told me it "probably hadn't been sorted yet" and asked me to come back the next day, citing that he was too busy to check. When I returned on Wednesday, Will was there again and he told me without checking that the package had likely been returned to sender. When I asked for clarification, the explanation shifted to say it had definitely been returned, though Will made no effort whatsoever to check for the package in the back. Will just kept telling me they can't locate it because it's a fed ex tracking number and he sent me to fed ex to look for it (surprise it wasn't there). Additionally, be prepared for long wait times--there's usually a 20-minute line at minimum. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this location for anything important that you aren't willing to get lost in the mail.

We ordered live chicks, USPS did an amazing job getting them here!!…read more Our chicks went from Missouri(Cackle) to IF in 2days!! They even put them on a plane from Boise to IF-even though they had time to put them on the truck(they went at 1am). The post office called me to let me know they were there & where I could pick them up even before they technically opened!! Only issue, my son went to pick them up on his way back from work, had left his ID in his lunchbox. He had a picture of his ID on his phone, proof that he was called, & obviously knew the name/address on the box(it was addressed to my 11yo in 4H), to & from. Nope. So he had to come home & go back, leaving the chicks for an additional 30min(not a big deal, but could have been)....&then the guy didn't even look at it, just enough that he had it. Kinda super silly!! They also weren't overly friendly, just kinda doing their job, but not unfriendly or rude either...European style customer service. Overall we were impressed by the service, but there was still room for improvement.
