What bothers me the most is that the clerk will take on a difficult task, requiring lots of time, without asking the customer to step aside and at LEAST ATTEMPT to take on 2 or 3 simple, ONE-MINUTE REQUESTS for action. But, NO. 15 to even 30 minutes later, most in line have given up and gone to the QuickPrints shop who, for a fee, will mail, OR BEST RECEIVE FOR YOU, the medication, package or whatever. ANOTHER ISSUE is that there are other employees "BACK THERE" who COULD HELP WITH THE LINE. But, no, they are waiting for retirement and, so what, there will always be a line. RIGHT?

You may get an answer eventually. It is very frustrating as the service used to be ok. Every year I hope they will improve, but actually they seem to get worse. They do remember to bill you though. And to increase the price by 10 or 15 percent each year! I do have to applaud their business acumen as they charge for effectively no service.
