When it finally got my turn to the counter, I was told they didn't any boxes to fit my poles in and I was recommended to go to the UPS store instead. The solo staff member was nice and helpful. All of the other locals apparently knew her and was patient with the wait time.

I visited in person to confirm that they accept general delivery packages from all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). I was told yes and no form or fee was required. I followed their instructions exactly when addressing the package. According to tracking, my package was delivered on a Friday. When I went in on Monday to pick it up, the only employee on duty, Will, told me it "probably hadn't been sorted yet" and asked me to come back the next day, citing that he was too busy to check. When I returned on Wednesday, Will was there again and he told me without checking that the package had likely been returned to sender. When I asked for clarification, the explanation shifted to say it had definitely been returned, though Will made no effort whatsoever to check for the package in the back. Will just kept telling me they can't locate it because it's a fed ex tracking number and he sent me to fed ex to look for it (surprise it wasn't there). Additionally, be prepared for long wait times--there's usually a 20-minute line at minimum. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this location for anything important that you aren't willing to get lost in the mail.

It's a short review but by far, the friendliest post office I've been to. Reposted previous review: This is by far, the most efficient and nicest post office I've been to. It's a small office but well stocked with USPS supplies that you may need. There is plenty of parking and even in the winter, easily accessible. The employees are fabulous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Best thing, you never need to wait too long to get assistance. Two thumbs up in my book!

You may get an answer eventually. It is very frustrating as the service used to be ok. Every year I hope they will improve, but actually they seem to get worse. They do remember to bill you though. And to increase the price by 10 or 15 percent each year! I do have to applaud their business acumen as they charge for effectively no service.
