I could not email my shipping label to the shop. I asked the worker for help and she didn't have any useful ideas. I tried for 5+ minutes and got nowhere. There were multiple people in-line behind me with the same thing, just needing to "get a scan" and had to wait for all of the other patrons that needed counter assistance for boxing, taping, measuring, entering addresses/recipients, printing, etc. The line was wrapped around the store and it was after Christmas. Unnecessary wait times to be prepared to leave my shipment unlike other carriers in the area.
