    THE best place for shipping your packages. Very friendly crew, very helpful, very nice. I won't go anywhere else. They do it all.

Yes it's…read morepretty much busy from open to close and sometimes the lines can extend out the door, but the staff here are spectacular! They are always helpful, polite and work as a team. I don't know if it has always been that way but as of mid 2025 they are working so well as a team whine I've been there. For a business such as this teamwork and efficiency is key and they have it dialed in. Missing the 5 star review due to the lack of parking for the only and very very highly utilized UPS store.

    Very frustrating to walk in with a package ready to be shipped and told "You just need a scan" and…read morewaited 25 minutes to get a "scan" of the item. This location needs a separate register ready to have drop-off items that are already sealed with a UPS label on it. There were multiple people in-line behind me with the same thing, just needing to "get a scan" and had to wait for all of the other patrons that needed counter assistance for boxing, taping, measuring, entering addresses/recipients, printing, etc. The line was wrapped around the store and it was after Christmas. Unnecessary wait times to be prepared to leave my shipment unlike other carriers in the area. Please figure out a way to streamline this process for those of us that can literally drop into a bin and go about our day because we did the work and do not need "help" or a receipt.

    Doesn't follow the delivery instructions, left it outside of the main building instead of inside…read morethe door where it's supposed to go. They have done that before and my package got stolen because I wasn't home to get it. This second time they didn't even mark it as delivered but luckily I was paying attention and noticed it get dropped off. It's pretty ridiculous that the driver can't simply open a door to put it inside. Also no other mail carriers have an issue with this besides FedEx.

    My company has multiple locations in the US and we needed to ship a laptop from our ID location to…read moreour AZ location. We paid for expedited shipping and were told it would be in AZ by today. Our tracking information still only says "label created" and so I called FedEx customer support (the number this location lists is the corporate number). I was given the run around and repeatedly hung up on by the automated system until finally on my fifth call I got through to a human representative who told me "we have no way of knowing where your package is". I was so frustrated by the whole experience I wound up recording my last two attempts to call and how disgusting this phone system is. The robot WILL NOT patch you to a human unless you meet specific criteria. On my first call I told the automated system that the tracking information was not updating and gave it my tracking number. The system regurgitated the information to me that I knew prior to my call and had literally in front of my face. Then when I said "representative" the system told me "thats not an option" I pressed 0 several times and the robot again said "nope not an option" until it eventually hung up on me. On my second call I repeatedly pressed 0 and the system told me to reach out on their chat system on the website, when I did the chat system told me to call. The 3rd attempt was the same as #2 4 more of the same 5 I lied to the robot about the package being missing only to find out it may as well be once I got connected. The rep repeatedly told me that we still had the package as far as she knew, and it hadn't been dropped off at the facility. Genuinely disgusting service but not on the individual representatives, the blame is on FedEx as a company. It clearly has no care for it's customers and no respect for the industry it's in.
