Doesn't follow the delivery instructions, left it outside of the main building instead of inside the door where it's supposed to go. They have done that before and my package got stolen because I wasn't home to get it. This second time they didn't even mark it as delivered but luckily I was paying attention and noticed it get dropped off. It's pretty ridiculous that the driver can't simply open a door to put it inside. Also no other mail carriers have an issue with this besides FedEx. read more

My company has multiple locations in the US and we needed to ship a laptop from our ID location to our AZ location. We paid for expedited shipping and were told it would be in AZ by today. Our tracking information still only says "label created" and so I called FedEx customer support (the number this location lists is the corporate number). I was given the run around and repeatedly hung up on by the automated system until finally on my fifth call I got through to a human representative who told me "we have no way of knowing where your package is". I was so frustrated by the whole experience I wound up recording my last two attempts to call and how disgusting this phone system is. The robot WILL NOT patch you to a human unless you meet specific criteria. On my first call I told the automated system that the tracking information was not updating and gave it my tracking number. The system regurgitated the information to me that I knew prior to my call and had literally in front of my face. Then when I said "representative" the system told me "thats not an option" I pressed 0 several times and the robot again said "nope not an option" until it eventually hung up on me. On my second call I repeatedly pressed 0 and the system told me to reach out on their chat system on the website, when I did the chat system told me to call. The 3rd attempt was the same as #2 4 more of the same 5 I lied to the robot about the package being missing only to find out it may as well be once I got connected. The rep repeatedly told me that we still had the package as far as she knew, and it hadn't been dropped off at the facility. Genuinely disgusting service but not on the individual representatives, the blame is on FedEx as a company. It clearly has no care for it's customers and no respect for the industry it's in. read more

An inbound overnight package was marked 'Delivered' eight minutes after being scanned as 'On Vehicle For Delivery'. What bullshit. Their driver cannot physically get from depot and cross town in eight minutes without breaking countless traffic laws. Drivers are marking packages as delivered as soon as they are loaded onto the van falsifying the record to the receiver and the shipper. 24 hours later...still not delivered. Trying to contact fedex has been futile. Next step will be disputing charge with shipper, but the fedex lowlifes will still get paid for losing my package. read more

I shipped a laptop to my son in Boise. I had it in a padded case and I put it all in a padded box at the drop off location it got to him and the screen was shattered. Not just cracked but shattered. Not real happy that a packaged marked laptop was obviously treated so harshly. I will be finding a new shipping method next time. read more

For the past 3 months my packages transported by FEDEX have been delivered to my neighbors across the street and vice versa, so we have to pack the packages to where they should have been delivered. Today my two packages, well over $300.00 value, were dumped on the county road in front of my property and the neighbor in the opposite direction brought them over. They were concerned that the packages would have been stolen had they been left there. Since I received a notice that my packages had been delivered earlier, I went out my back door to where I usually receive packages from UPS, but nothing was there. I had no idea that they were dumped on the county road. Thank heavens for thoughtful neighbors. If other delivery companies can deliver to my address to the door and/or leave them in the garage, then FEDEX should be able to do the same. Whoever this driver is, he is making it very easy for package pirates to steal packages, especially if they are just dumped along the county road. The neighbor that responsibly delivered these packages said that they also delivered packages that were left farther down the county road. Today's action broke the camel's back---we in the neighborhood are disgusted with FEDEX this recent delivery service. This driver is totally irresponsible and should be held accountable for his/her poor work ethic, especially since it may cost FEDEX future business. If at all possible I will request that another mode of transportation be used when I order and letting the merchant know why I am making the request. I am sure they don't like to have to replace packages that are lost or stolen when the delivery driver doesn't complete the job he/she was hired for. read more

Wors service EVER. I gave them many chances but two days ago my package was delivered to the WRONG apartment. Also, I was expecting a couch from amazon and fedex delivered one box and the other box is missing but it says it was delivered. I have called FEDEX and they said they don't know.
