On the 3rd day I went by again. Employee said he gave my information to his boss or owner.Person he gave the information was there but was busy with a customer. I said to have him give call me when he was done, No call to this date ( 5 days). Bad customer service, and chances are does a bad wrap job. Who else is there with good customer service and does a good wrap? Just a good paying customer I am.

I've always been impressed by the job that they do but recently I've had a problem that was very…read moreminor is I ask them if they can fix it for me because the dimensions I asked for were wrong so then they wanted to charge me 50% of its original value to fix it I didn't have the money and i didnt want to pay more to fix a problem that I didn't do so I called the owner and politely told the problem knowing that if polite then you should expect politeness but then for the next 10 minutes got the most vile response from the owner and Jeff where I received multiple swearing f bombs from the owner yeah they're vinyl stickers but I don't think it's worth it to support an owner as unprofessional as that who knows when they might just make a mistake on yours and you may want to get fixed you get a response like mine I was very unimpressed and will never support them again after I've supported them to last two years he finished with saying he didn't want my business I can go elsewhere I guess you should too, disgusting at best don't waste your money for an overpriced product when there's plenty of others without being slurred at.

I own another sign shop in California. I had a customer in Jackson Hole who needed some graphics…read moreinstalled. It was a simple job for some trailer graphics. Gravity said they could do it for us and had me prepay for the work. On the day of the install they advised me the job was beyond their capabilities (a 12' x 6' graphic on a flat surface) which turned out to be a lie. At the same time they were emailing me, their employee was on site making my customer pay them directly with a 60%+ markup. We ship graphics all over the country and have others do the install for us and we install locally for other companies. It is a common practice. I have never had another company pull such an unethical stunt like this.
