It did not matter that my project was very small. It was completed and ready the same day. That's speedy service! It's difficult to find a business these days that will accept a small job such as mine. Most offer "do it yourself" kiosks for photo printing. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. The quality of the finished products was excellent. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you, AlphaGraphics, for the excellent customer service. I will definitely return for any of my printing needs. Your employees are awesome. Kudos!

Gravity said they could do it for us and had me prepay for the work. On the day of the install they advised me the job was beyond their capabilities (a 12' x 6' graphic on a flat surface) which turned out to be a lie. At the same time they were emailing me, their employee was on site making my customer pay them directly with a 60%+ markup. We ship graphics all over the country and have others do the install for us and we install locally for other companies. It is a common practice. I have never had another company pull such an unethical stunt like this.
