It's difficult to find a business these days that will accept a small job such as mine. Most offer "do it yourself" kiosks for photo printing. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. The quality of the finished products was excellent. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you, AlphaGraphics, for the excellent customer service. I will definitely return for any of my printing needs. This location needs a separate register ready to have drop-off items that are already sealed with a UPS label on it. There were multiple people in-line behind me with the same thing, just needing to "get a scan" and had to wait for all of the other patrons that needed counter assistance for boxing, taping, measuring, entering addresses/recipients, printing, etc. The line was wrapped around the store and it was after Christmas. Unnecessary wait times to be prepared to leave my shipment unlike other carriers in the area. Please figure out a way to streamline this process for those of us that can literally drop into a bin and go about our day because we did the work and do not need "help" or a receipt.
