Needless to say we flew in there as the rest of the state had closed down to spend Christmas with their families. True to his word Russ took awesome care of us, even taking the time to answer questions about every step in his process, and what machines he was using, to my oldest son who was very interested. Russ is an awesome guy and provided amazing service to my family on a day he could have been spending with his! I really could not recommend this shop any more!
