Called for a sprinkler repair and turn on and was told they were 2 weeks out and she would give our…read morenumber to her technician. 2 weeks later with no contact from anyone, we called again. I was told that it is $90.00 an hour plus any parts. I said that we have not had any kind of estimate. If we think it is a small job and your technician finds it a much bigger job then we would not be able to pay, an estimate would be required before we would hire you for the job. She basically said, tough, that is the way we do it and our Tech is out a week and a half. I said, again, that is why we called 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing.
