Despite that, I left several messages over the span of several weeks, and I finally attempted to sort out my issues with the customer service. I was treated rather poorly, told their upper management was entirely unavailable, and they could not help me. If you have any other options for a landscaping business to choose to work with, hire out for work, or work for, I implore you to reconsider.
