A recommendation from a friend when our 30 year old system water pressure went down. Jordan and Brandon were right on top of things the next day. Installed new pump, new motor, 3 new "sticks" of pipe (others were rusted and had holes in em) and put everything back the way it was. Yeasterday afternoon my pump went out. I called Dennings, They said they had 6 others in front of me but would get to it as soon as they could but it would most likely be in the morning. At 7 pm a technician showed up at my house and tried to fix the problem so we could have water. He replaced the Control box and got a minimal flow so we had basic water. He determined that the pump was shot. He said he would be back in th morning. This morning he showed up and fixed the problem. He was friendly and kind. HE worked hard and got us fixed he gave me money saving option were possible. I was so pleased with his service. Absolutely amazing service! I came home to a house that had no water. I called Denning and they were there within a couple hours which I was extremely grateful for. The gentlemen that arrived were friendly and went straight to work. Within minutes they had diagnosed the problem and explained how they came to that conclusion. They could have taken me for a much bigger and costly repair as I knew virtually nothing about the system, but their honesty and integrity was evident. Not only did they replace my pressure tank and switch, they answered all my questions and told me how I can maintain the system better going forward. Additionally, they were very cognizant as to not leave me a huge mess to clean up and were careful not to damage my walls and doors as they hauled parts and equipment in and out. We were satisfied with the work that was done, but we were disappointed at how disorganized the company was and how disrespectful they were to us over the phone when we tried to talk about the bill.
