I was told that it is $90.00 an hour plus any parts. I said that we have not had any kind of estimate. If we think it is a small job and your technician finds it a much bigger job then we would not be able to pay, an estimate would be required before we would hire you for the job. She basically said, tough, that is the way we do it and our Tech is out a week and a half. I said, again, that is why we called 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing.

The store owner reached out to me and asked me to call him. I decided to go back to the store where I spoke directly to Anthony. There was no reason to mussy the water by brining in another person into the mix. After speaking to Anthony (and he apologized numerous times). I was able to purchase the machine I wanted. I have been back several times following the purchase of the machine and I have been treated very well. I would recommend the store to my friends and family. Idaho bail bonds was compassionate and efficient in doing my bail bond, sent a wonderful lady named Courtney at 6pm on night before Thanksgiving to have me out as soon as my paycheck arrived. It was after hours, holiday, and probably at least an hour drive for them. They weren't making up extraneous requirements that I'm not from Idaho, no intentionally added stress like expecting me to know my friends and families private financial situations, they answer when companys advertising 24/7 weren't picking up because of holiday. They even said they'd consider looking at retroactive discount that my brother neglected to inquire about mil vet discount that every other bond agency I've ever dealt with has offered. 7 out of 5 stars, or like 14 out of 10. A very consumer friendly earnest hardworking business! Anyone in need of bail bond in idaho, this is the place, certainly better experience than Aladin the Giant national company that's also decent. Update in re danielle thanks: I don't think that other review, the only other review, is valid speech in the English language? Id have to check with a prof. Can't decipher what they mean. Anyway notice to all out of stare detainees in SE Idaho:: this is the place to do your bond business look no further, the only other place i called suggested some sort of bond against full bail amount, i couldn't figure out what the competitor was saying or like that people aren't aware if you have full bail you get it all back, bonding is for not providing full bail. I doubt I'll need bonding services in Idaho again, but i don't think id look to do business with another provider! Super great company, on late eve of turkeyday no less! They should change their name to A+++ Idaho bond or something like that!!

Got things working, but then we had another issue a day later. Jason came back and cleaned everything out again, but did not charge me because it was from the original issue. The following day, it happened again. Ben cleared the problem, but then began mapping every line I had and found there was a plastic line leading to the outside of the house where the should have been an external clean out. Spencer then showed up with another gentleman with more tools and better cameras. We had had a window well put in and did not realize the cleanout had been broken in the process. They dug down (manually with a shovel) about 3 to 4 feet until they found where the cleanout pipe had been broken. They flushed it out, ran the camera to make sure there weren't any surprises, fixed the cleanout, then cleaned everything up (including putting away some hoses I had loaned them and closing all the gates). Initially, they were not going to charge me again! There's no way I could feel good about that. They worked so hard to find and resolve the issue, which they did: permanently. Everyone was so nice, hard-working, and unflappable with the issues that arose. My home is older, so I am setting up yearly maintenance with them, and will be, happily, doing business with them for a long time to come. I cannot recommend them enough. Through a really difficult and stressful event, they made it not only bearable, but even pleasant at times because of their demeanor and candor. Thank you, Jason, Ben, Spencer, and everyone else who helped us. You are amazing.
