I just recently used them again but this time it was to haul away a piece of furniture. They were able to pick up the furniture later in the week and also gave me a discount on the cost. They are currently helping out the community by accepting food donations, and they also donate furniture if it's in good condition. The guys that picked up the furniture were prompt and on time and very courteous! Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again if needed.

They have done that before and my package got stolen because I wasn't home to get it. This second time they didn't even mark it as delivered but luckily I was paying attention and noticed it get dropped off. It's pretty ridiculous that the driver can't simply open a door to put it inside. Also no other mail carriers have an issue with this besides FedEx.

Believe it or not, I have to come to a bowling alley to catch a Greyhound bus in Idaho Falls. It's actually one of the main Urban centers in the whole state of Idaho so it's kind of cute that you have to go to a convenience store in Coeur d'Alene and the bowling alley here. Traveling all over the West Coast on Greyhound buses was a real eye-opener and I loved this town, the views and nature and mountains especially, and this was a cute interesting little version of a Greyhound station.

Greyhound Bus Lines left my 84 year-old dad on the street in Ogden, Utah. They said they did not…read morehave enough room on the bus. My dad is blind, was holding his white and red cane and also had a walker! This is the second time Greyhound left my dad stranded. The bus driver should be fired and he should lose his license.
