When I went to check the delivery status, I realized the order I thought I'd placed last week was still in the shopping cart with my other supplier - I had failed to fully execute the order with my wholesaler, which meant my client would not be getting their signs today! Went through a review of our Adwords with another company and saw more mistakes with wording on the ads, duplicate keywords, and a few other things. Can get more bang for the buck doing it ourselves, using an app, or re-allocating the money into content creation. Glad I fired them.
