Whenever we visit Idaho Falls we always check out Idaho Mountain Trading - love a good local gear…read moreshop! They have it all, from snowboarding, skiing, rock climbing, longboarding, camping, attire, bags, shoes and everything in between. They have a solid sale section as well and clothing for women, men and children. As most gear shops, the prices reflect quality and lean towards the moderate to expensive side, but that's less IMT and more the general gear, but again solid sale sections and not above normal market cost. Though we have a pretty solid collection of gear we have accumulated over the years, we will get a few small items when we visit, as we always seem to find some cool pieces, including my favorite fleece coal baseball cap! The team is always friendly and offers assistance and greeting upon entering. Will continue to enjoy out periodic visits!

The owner Jacson is very passionate and very professional about the sport. He has gone as far as bringing a bike out of state to a bmx race for us when we had technical issues. Beamers is not just a retail bike and scooter shop its a place for family fun to get started. We have raced for Beamers BMX team and also rode for fun with them. Always a great time and a fun place to kill time and check out all the cool new items. I highly recommend Beamers to all my family and friends. Thanks for all the help over the years. Cant wait to make our next purchase with you.

I tried to return an unused gift that I had. They said they couldn't return it without a receipt…read more They asked me if I knew the phone number of the person that gave it to me which I did and then they told me it had been over 90 days since she had purchased it so they wouldn't return it even if I didn't want money. I just wanted to trade it for something different or store credit or something. I mean, the tags were still on the pants. They had obviously never been worn. They have a very strict return policy, which I think is ridiculous in this day and age. I was very disappointed to say the least a word of warning if you get a gift or buy something from make sure you get back before 90 days or SOL and make sure you have a receipt probably easier just not to shop there.

They quoted me some prices and said they could get around to it in 2-3 weeks, which seemed unfair. I then found Limitless Electronics (on yelp). They looked at my JL stealth speakers and amplifier for my '17 Tundra and told me several different options that I could do to get the most out of them. They understood that I wanted them installed sooner rather than later, so they arranged to get me in right away. Honestly, I wished I had known they existed before I bought from the online store because (surprisingly) I could have gotten a better deal from limitless - had I just purchased the speakers through them. Anyways. Every major boat and car dealership gets their stuff done by them. They were working on Malibu boats and classic trucks and cars while mine was in the shop for the day. Pretty awesome. Anyways. Great store. And the truck sounds ridiculously amazing.

They bothered her feet so we checked out Al's and Dicks but their was little to no customer service and the products were the same quality. Dicks also does not offer Veteran Discounts like all the other Sports Shops do, so ill never shop there. Anyway, we found Kicks n Sticks. The owner took a vested interest in finding the right shoes. He took lots of time, and let her try on lots of pairs and even had her dribble a soccer ball with them to find the right cleats for her. She loves her new cleats and she now is excited about going to practice. Arturo even monogramed her Goalie Gloves. This is a great shop, and it epitomizes the kind of service you get from local shop owners that you dont get from the big box shops that are not truely part of our community.
