We spent over 2 hours here and finally left with a new phone. It has been nothing but problems due to the representative here not giving us what was promised. I have spent several hours on the phone and still nothing is fixed. We also left paying way more than Verizon said we should have. I highly recommend staying far away from this store!

Another elderly female customer came to the store first, and she also praised the male clerk who responded. The male clerk was very kind to explain to me and responded immediately. What's more, who changed me to a new cover within 5 min. I forgot my phone charger, so I bought it there. Both were reasonably priced, which surprised me since I'm from CA. I was able to visit a very conscientious shop to bring it if the charger was a problem after purchase. I recommend this store to everyone.
