Had a great experience here with Joeys help. I was hesitant going in as I had to help my 81 yo Grandmother to upgrade to a new phone and was hoping to not get someone who was annoyed at having to explain everything to us. Joey was kind and happy to help. The process was very up front and we were able to get Grandma her new phone! I overheard him w other customers and he never lost patience and explained everything to them as well. The 3 guys working were all very polite and one even opened the door for my Grandma when we left, what a class act! When I need a new phone, I will be coming here. Thanks! read more

I am extremely disappointed in the service. I was in need of a new phone. I was told of an offer that I could get a new phone for payments or around $10 a month. My current charges are $22 a month for paying off the phone. I also found an additional monthly charge of $17 a month for insurance with absolutely no mention from the sales associate in store. I was told that the cost in store to walk out with the phone would be around $200. Only after asking about the charge, did the sales associate tell me the cost included a case and screen protector which I don't actually need. I ended up paying $70. Also a $25 charge was added to my phone plan. I was ultimately able to reverse most of the charges because they were optional services. It feels very deceitful to me that I had to look at my bill to learn of extra charges that I didn't need. It is quite obvious they work on commission. They should have been upfront and offered additional services instead of adding them without a single mention to me. I feel very deceived. Next time I would definitely have them walk through every single charge that will be added to my bill and explain it fully. read more

I don't recommend coming to this Verizon I wouldn't even sign up with Verizon period they fuck people over I had a phone for less then 24hrs came and returned the phone paid the restocking fee they are still trying to put me in collections will not resolve my issue ignore my calls these reps have no idea what they are doing at this store they are a bunch of idiots and when I have tried to talk to corporate about it they told me this is this stores doings but the store will not help with the problem please get rid of this store as they are really messing up peoples life's and think it's funny read more

They like to upsell you will products like the go advantage with the promise of screen savers and yet anytime you need a new screensaver they don't have any! But they will upsell you some liquid screen for $10 more dollars(after already paying $80 that you didn't even realize they charged you in the first place). Sneaky and terrible customer service! I bought a new iPhone from this store last week, thinking it was a Verizon store. It is NOT a Verizon store. They are an "authorized dealer" and can do whatever they want even though they claim to be the face of Verizon. I was not able to add the price of my trade in phone to the price of my new phone. I was told I needed to use the credit from my old on in store purchases only, not the phone itself. Somehow a $70 glass screen protector plan ended up in my bag. I also had to use my credit on items I did not want. It wasn't until management was contacted that I could add the price of my trade in to the price of my new phone. Once everything got resolved and the unwanted items were returned, I somehow ended up having insurance put onto my phone, without consent. These guys are sneaky and slip things into your bag without you knowing what you're paying for. Be careful!! read more

The worst sells staff and management I have ever dealt with. They say one thing then do something totally different. The manager Nick say's he has only been there for few days as manager but other reviews say otherwise. He has a hard time controlling his employees. Don't think that you will get a refund. They say if you don't like the way the phone works. You can refund it or change it for something else. After they said they would They don't keep to their words. This store or company doesn't have the phone I wanted. I checked every store by Go Wireless which claimed to be Verizon, but Go wireless is not a true Verizon Corporate store. Keep that in mind when buying a phone threw Go wireless. I was told they would refund my total price of the phone. I did not want because of issues with that phone, when it came down to it, they would not refund my glass and case without charging me a fee. I was within the three day return grace period. They put on a certain glass at $39.99 and case for what ever price they pick without asking you. Then charge you 79.99 for screen protection just for the warranty but never informed you of the added cost. I had no idea that was going on. It was not explained of what they were charging me for. The store represents them self's as a Verizon premium retail store, BUT they are NOT!!!!! . Had to order the phone I wanted taking 5 days to receive the phone of my 14 day return polices Plus the 3 days before that, see how they use up you 14 days of return for you. By them not caring any phone in the store. I work out of town so I was without a phone for eight or nine days. To keep in with the 14 day return I had to inquire someone else to pick up my phone in the 14 days for me, The new phone was cheaper than the first one BUT there was no refund, The person I sent to pick up the phone for me had to buy ear buds and pay five more dollars to just get out the store, for something I didn't need. After all of that they had to order case for the new phone because they carry nothing eligible for phones. The case was sent to my old address so I had to drive 55 minutes each way to pickup the case just to find out that Madison ordered the wrong case ? dah. Something to keep in mind she act's like she runs the place always putting her two cents in when she is not even the person you are dealing with. The manager won't say anything to her about interrupting, its like they try to gang up on you to keep you confused about what they are pulling over you. When I told them I needed a different case they had it magically in the store. The cost of the case was more money like five dollars and some cents. They had the b!!ls to want me to pay they extra. This store or Managers or staff seems they just charge you what they want and expect you to pay. There is no way they are going to credit you because their policies don't allow them too which is something they don't tell you any of that .... Not sure what to do next , BBB . according to them I'm sure that this is not what happened and they did not try to blame it on someone else that was involved in this mess .. to corporate or district manager I DO NOT NEED YOUR SORRY and don't NEED TO CALL YOU, because I'm sure your polices won't let you, its pretty clear if you were going to do something it would of happened then. This place is full of crooks and liars. Even their corporate office would not respond to the BBB for the complaint that was submitted. I ended up loosing over $1300 because they will not return phone calls. Purchased a new phone and gowireless has a deal on Ipads. The sales person was asked if there was any strings attached, any extra fees, etc and they said no. Received our first bill and we were being charged for line fees and cellular usage. Something that we never agreed on. The manager would not return our calls, ended up calling Verizon and they told us to return the products. This was back in August of 2018 and not a single person from gowirelss will return a call. BBB finally closed the case as unresolved. CROOKS. read more

Two days ago I went into the corporately owned Verizon store to sign up for a new plan and get two new phones, but they did not have the phones I wanted. I called GoWireless and they said they had the phones I wanted and that the charges and plan prices would be the same as the corporate store. When I was at the GoWireless store getting the new account/phones set up, the rep we worked with was not very informative or transparent about the phones or how she was setting up the plan. When I went to pay for everything after being set up, the charges were $40 more than what I was quoted at the corporate store. They explained that the charges were a set up fee for transferring my data from my old phone to my new one and for setting up the new phone, this set up fee is not the "activation fee", which will be charged on my monthly bill later. No carrier/store in the past has ever charged me for a data transfer or to set up my phone. I tried to go talk to them the next day about not being informed of the charges until the very end, and that the representative on the phone had told me before I came in that the charges and plan prices would be the same, they weren't will to budge. The prior review from Katelyn is right, they are sneaky and not transparent about the products or services. Stay away from GoWireless!
