Awful experience I'm still in shock of how unbelievable these kids are that work there and how they treat good paying customers. I bought a vape and tried it immediately in store and it was a complete dud it tasted like old burnt out vape. They said oh wait a few minutes try again so I did that knowing it's a dud. And it was still dead a dud absolutely garbage. They said oh well sorry unless it malfunctions we don't have to do anything about it. I was only asking for credit to a new one since this one was trash. They laughed got upset and said nope! I asked why don't they make someone aware of this that they absolutely do not stand by there products. I was not allowed to speak to a manager or even get a message to speak to a regional manager or any names. I was then offered 10% off on a new one lol. What a joke so $70 for one vape. Get real!! Go anywhere else but here the employees are awful and they are to busy gossiping about being so drunk they can't stand or who they slept with. Yes actual conversations I've heard from them. This is bad business and I'll be reporting the business. Shop online they're so much less expensive and they STAND BY THERE PRODUCT!! I have had multiple great experiences with this shop. They do not advertise, but through word of mouth I would recommend this shop over all the others in Idaho Falls. The manager is one of the best guys in the vape business that I have met. No joke for vaping products in IF phenomenal. I saw some negative reviews in Rexburg, but it is a mormon college town. REXBURG LOCATION This seems like a great little shop with some great products however, the customer service has been one of the worst I have ever come across. The guy working today's shift at 3:40 wasn't friendly at all from the moment he "greeted" me. We have had an issue with one of their hype bars not working and when asked previously what could be done the guy working that day said the next bar we purchased we would get 10% off and we accepted but didn't need to buy one right at that moment because we purchased more than one with the purchase before. Today we went back to purchase a COUPLE more puff bars and the customer service by the guy working from the beginning was trash. From the jump he didn't seem from his tone and body language that he was not interested in being there at his job. When I mentioned the conversation with the previous employee I was told, without looking mind you, that there was no note so we needed to deal with it whenever that guy was working again, yet I decided I would still go through with the purchase thinking I would be back another time to get more and hope that other employee would be working. Then after checking my ID I gave my gf debit card which iv used everytime I have purchased items but this time, with this particular employee he wanted my gf ID as well which she was on the car with our newborn, the excuse he gave for this inconvenience was that "kids have been using their parents cards to get puff bars" wtf?! Then when my gf went in to purchase the puff bar she immediately made it clear we would never be back and asked where the closet vape stir was NOT owed by the same owner because again he was just flat out not customer friendly. We will never purchase another item from this location until that employee is replaced because otherwise I feel the service provided speaks volumes about the company and the people who own it. Once I no longer see this particular guy working then vaping outlet will get back not just my business but also my family and friends. The drive to Rigby from Rexburg is worth the better customer service. read more

Great service. Huge selection and a big array of already made coils for cheap. Need a Clapton or fused clapton. Or a premium juice. New atty. New rda or mod. They got it. Today I just needed cotton bacon. The ladies there were super friendly and I loved the atmosphere. Will go again next month. read more
