I have been vaping since 2013 but even I have questions occasionally. Many other vape shops in Idaho Falls have pretentious vape snobs in their employ. My very favorite thing about CloudX is that I can come in and conduct my business as well as ask questions without any fear of being 'hazed' by the staff. CloudX quickly became my regular haunt. My biggest reasons are the staff. Not to mention that the selection is excellent and prices are very reasonable and affordable. They've got a 5 Star or other some such loyalty program that saves me even more money over time. The loyalty rewards seem to be greater than anywhere else I have been. The guy behind the counter greeted me and helped me pick a flavor from their "menu" board. They don't have actual taster vapes, so that may be a deal breaker for you. I smelled and tasted different flavors, by putting a drop of each on my finger. These were the flavorings that I sampled (without nic and PG and VG in them, so a little stronger than when mixed later). Then once decided, he mixed the juice up for me in under 2min. You pick your flavor(s), size, nic strength, and proportions of propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine, and sweetner if wanted. We talked about our vaping histories and he was helpful recommending flavors. I got the 20ml size for 7.99. Even though I've never tested flavors like this before, I thought it was great! You get a specific mix that is right for you, I got 6ml strength, Lol. I hope you will like it too if you visit.
