Stevie claimed I needed my wife present which was later found out she was Not needed as I was a Manager on the account costing me 2 round trips and 1 1/2 hours of wasted time and $10 in gas. I had explained to Stevie my wife was awaiting surgery and could not make the trip and I had her ID with me and she was available to speak on the phone all to No avail. I am not sure if it was incompetence or Stevies special time of the month that made the problem.. The next day the Manager corrected the problem professionally and politely which was appreciated! We ported 2 numbers and got a new phone number in which should have come with 3 free hone & the family plan would be 25 a line. Instead we where forced to bring our own and saved nothing and when we called 611 the Philippine office lied and told use the tv ad was not true. So been trying to fix it since and they will not honor it without price hiking our bill. Also the family should be $100 plus tax and then minus our first responder discount. They don't want to honor nothing so we are filling a complaint with the BBB for price hiking and theft by deception. They now they have 30 days to fix this and will not so if this has happened to u at the store or from there Philippines office I erg u to do the same. In the past I had to press Identity fraud against the Philippine office after giving this office access to my phone. Also I can no longer call 611 because they send all my calls to the Philippines office for some reason and they don't listen to my and always jerk me around. At this point we are not sure if we trust Verizon anymore and if someone starts a petition against them I'll gladly sign it because the only way things will change with these big company's is if we the people take a stand. Also with todays technology u can no longer fill any complaints or reach the main office by phone and not all people now how to use the computer. this to me is bad business we are being forced to do everything on line so they can get away with thing and treat us like we don't matter and we are not computers.

    My elderly father and I went to this store and met with a man by the name of Jay Sammy. At first he…read moreseemed to be very helpful. We purchased 3 new phones on our existing account. He was able to transfer my fathers phone, but the other two he needed to send to us via mail. He had us purchase the phones and the screen protectors. He then took our screen protectors and put them in his back pack until he received our phones. He charge us $80.00 ($40 each phone) to set-up our new phones. Two weeks later once he out our screen protectors on, he sent us our phone from his store in FL to our home in CA. He told us that we would need to take our new phones into a Verizon store and have them transfer our data. We in-fact went to a CA store and they said he should not have charged us that fee because they were the store that was actually going to set up our phones. So we paid Jay $80.00 to set up our phones and then paid the Verizon in CA $100 to really set up our phones. Additionally, the CA store said he did not use the correct SIM card, he used the 4G vs the one our phone calls for which is a 5G. Also he did not appropriately set up our new plans, the the Verizon store in CA fixed everything. I asked Jay to speak to the CA Verizon employee and he refused. Attached is the tact string. Do not use JAY SAMMY at this location. He was happy to take an additional $80 for setting up two phones that he did not set up. As you can see he said that is what he gets to provide service and find the right plan, of which, is his job, so he should not swindle people out of hard earned money from people on fixed budgets.

When he was…read moreasked to print the form out so that I could have a copy to read, he became increasingly agitated. He told me I had no right to read the form for our agreement. When I asked if he has had a chance to read it (since he was "quoting it", he began yelling and saying that I was being disrespectful for asking him how he does his job. He then told me that he was no longer going to help an "ungrateful B****". He then went around to his teammates and told each one of the not to help and yelled for me to leave. One other guy laughed at him and offered to help us saying that his team mate was being over the top and the he was very sorry for his behavior. This new guy then helped us and explained the contract while pointing to each area that states what he was saying as well as printed it out for us. meanwhile Dominique was still in his teammates face yelling at him to stop helping.

We worked with a couple of other Verizon consultants in a different location without any success and came back to this one today. We had been here before. We cannot say enough about Verizon. How great they are and how wonderful ALDON is with customers. He solved the problem in just a few minutes. AL, DON, should receive some type of acknowledgment of his expertise and his ability to communicate and help customers.

    The absolute worst. They just care about getting sales…read more I bought a iPhone & went back to return it. Dale was great took the return and ported my number to my main line. He also mentioned if I brought back the box I would get a refund. I come back with the box and receipts and unfortunately dale is with another client. John proceeds to help me leaving clients that he was working with. John was under the impression he was not getting a sale with the other clients so that is why he dismissed them and came to me. Once he found out what I was there for he started the process. However the clients he was with had a change of heart and were going to get a phone call they called him over again so now he is more interested in the sale than helping me out. He then goes back to the other clients and leaves me at the desk. I was patient but after waiting 45 mins I decided to leave. I called dale and expressed my frustration he tells me that he will take care of it and send me a check. I agreed and left it at that. 5 mins later John calls me back and tells me I need to come back that he is not returning my cell phone unless I am there. Furthermore, there were other employees that were available to help me but since it was not a sale they made up excuses that they were busy. I would encourage corporate to look at the cameras 3:55pm 12|30|2024 "busy" is being outside smoking a cigarette. Completely unacceptable I will never go back to this location. I will never recommend this location.

I spent 4 hours at home and 1 hour at the Verizon store to activate my new phone. It was a BRUTAL day. .. but Teresa ( I believe that's her name ) ... we had the opportunity to get to know each other while waiting for the activation department to do their thing. She handled the situation with extreme professionalism. For the first time ever I really like a Verizon sales representative.

We have upgrade, traded in, purchased outright, and then just used the equipment we had until something come along that we wanted to buy or trade in. The employees at this location are 'nice' with limitations of their requirements of being a Verizon employee. The employees are just Verizon employees who do not go beyond their personal place of being authenticly friendly, they are here just here to do a job and get paid - not be nice or anything close friendly. The young girl with we were assigned to reeked of marijuana. We had to explain to her 3, 4, 5 times that we had already upgraded our phones to S25's and needed to turn purchased old phones in.

Let me tell you about AJ who saw me struggling with her wheelchair and instead of waiting for us to enter the store he came out and insisted on helping her right there, curbside , while she was in the car. I have returned to the store several at least 7 times to try and get it to work. Every time I go in they grab my phone do a few clicks and hand it back over to me. And every time when I got home the problems still exist. For example today I was told that my reception is perfectly fine when it only operates on 2 bars. I've been trying to respond to emails and texts. All my texts come back saying error unable to send. If you hardly have cell phone service/texting on your phone would you put up with less than stellar performance? The 1st salesperson today told me how to do the things to figure out what was going on and replied to my answers in a snooty tone and eye rolls. Just become I'm 60 doesn't mean you can't gaslight the Village's (All over 60yrs.) When I was sitting with others waiting they had similar experiences having multiple returns to the store.. If you aren't able to assist me please tell me where I should call to find help. It's so frustrating.. I even take a note book and it doesn't help. Please I live with my 84 year old mother and taking care of her I do my best with cell phones..
