    My elderly father and I went to this store and met with a man by the name of Jay Sammy. At first he…read moreseemed to be very helpful. We purchased 3 new phones on our existing account. He was able to transfer my fathers phone, but the other two he needed to send to us via mail. He had us purchase the phones and the screen protectors. He then took our screen protectors and put them in his back pack until he received our phones. He charge us $80.00 ($40 each phone) to set-up our new phones. Two weeks later once he out our screen protectors on, he sent us our phone from his store in FL to our home in CA. He told us that we would need to take our new phones into a Verizon store and have them transfer our data. We in-fact went to a CA store and they said he should not have charged us that fee because they were the store that was actually going to set up our phones. So we paid Jay $80.00 to set up our phones and then paid the Verizon in CA $100 to really set up our phones. Additionally, the CA store said he did not use the correct SIM card, he used the 4G vs the one our phone calls for which is a 5G. Also he did not appropriately set up our new plans, the the Verizon store in CA fixed everything. I asked Jay to speak to the CA Verizon employee and he refused. Attached is the tact string. Do not use JAY SAMMY at this location. He was happy to take an additional $80 for setting up two phones that he did not set up. As you can see he said that is what he gets to provide service and find the right plan, of which, is his job, so he should not swindle people out of hard earned money from people on fixed budgets.

    Dominque became extremely rude when asked about our agreement and how to pay it off. When he was…read moreasked to print the form out so that I could have a copy to read, he became increasingly agitated. He told me I had no right to read the form for our agreement. When I asked if he has had a chance to read it (since he was "quoting it", he began yelling and saying that I was being disrespectful for asking him how he does his job. He then told me that he was no longer going to help an "ungrateful B****". He then went around to his teammates and told each one of the not to help and yelled for me to leave. One other guy laughed at him and offered to help us saying that his team mate was being over the top and the he was very sorry for his behavior. This new guy then helped us and explained the contract while pointing to each area that states what he was saying as well as printed it out for us. meanwhile Dominique was still in his teammates face yelling at him to stop helping.

We worked with a couple of other Verizon consultants in a different location without any success and came back to this one today. We had been here before. We cannot say enough about Verizon. How great they are and how wonderful ALDON is with customers. He solved the problem in just a few minutes. AL, DON, should receive some type of acknowledgment of his expertise and his ability to communicate and help customers.

    The absolute worst. They just care about getting sales…read more I bought a iPhone & went back to return it. Dale was great took the return and ported my number to my main line. He also mentioned if I brought back the box I would get a refund. I come back with the box and receipts and unfortunately dale is with another client. John proceeds to help me leaving clients that he was working with. John was under the impression he was not getting a sale with the other clients so that is why he dismissed them and came to me. Once he found out what I was there for he started the process. However the clients he was with had a change of heart and were going to get a phone call they called him over again so now he is more interested in the sale than helping me out. He then goes back to the other clients and leaves me at the desk. I was patient but after waiting 45 mins I decided to leave. I called dale and expressed my frustration he tells me that he will take care of it and send me a check. I agreed and left it at that. 5 mins later John calls me back and tells me I need to come back that he is not returning my cell phone unless I am there. Furthermore, there were other employees that were available to help me but since it was not a sale they made up excuses that they were busy. I would encourage corporate to look at the cameras 3:55pm 12|30|2024 "busy" is being outside smoking a cigarette. Completely unacceptable I will never go back to this location. I will never recommend this location.

    After being a loyal Verizon customer for almost 27 years, I can honestly say the customer service…read morehas become absolutely horrible. Every interaction feels like a stressful nightmare because nothing is ever handled correctly the first time. I recently discovered I had been paying for FOUR inactive lines with no devices attached for nearly three years. Then when I called to disconnect those lines, Verizon somehow disconnected MY actual phone number instead while still trying to keep hotspot charges on my account. The constant hidden fees, billing mistakes, activation charges, and "upgrade fees" on supposedly "free" phones are beyond ridiculous. Why is a customer of nearly three decades still being charged activation and upgrade fees? Meanwhile, my daughter switched to T-Mobile, paid zero activation fees, zero upgrade fees, kept her phone, and her bill was exactly what she was promised. Imagine that... honesty and competent customer service. Verizon clearly no longer values loyalty, because long-term customers are treated like walking wallets instead of valued customers.
