Stevie the one with the lil bun on the Top of his head doesn't respect the customers that put's the food on his table, although I arrived with all ID and all pertinent information to acquire a simple print out of a past billing statement. Stevie claimed I needed my wife present which was later found out she was Not needed as I was a Manager on the account costing me 2 round trips and 1 1/2 hours of wasted time and $10 in gas. I had explained to Stevie my wife was awaiting surgery and could not make the trip and I had her ID with me and she was available to speak on the phone all to No avail. I am not sure if it was incompetence or Stevies special time of the month that made the problem.. The next day the Manager corrected the problem professionally and politely which was appreciated! we went to this location on Dec. 28, 2025 to join the family lan with the free Samsung hones and got none. We ported 2 numbers and got a new phone number in which should have come with 3 free hone & the family plan would be 25 a line. Instead we where forced to bring our own and saved nothing and when we called 611 the Philippine office lied and told use the tv ad was not true. So been trying to fix it since and they will not honor it without price hiking our bill. Also the family should be $100 plus tax and then minus our first responder discount. They don't want to honor nothing so we are filling a complaint with the BBB for price hiking and theft by deception. They now they have 30 days to fix this and will not so if this has happened to u at the store or from there Philippines office I erg u to do the same. In the past I had to press Identity fraud against the Philippine office after giving this office access to my phone. Also I can no longer call 611 because they send all my calls to the Philippines office for some reason and they don't listen to my and always jerk me around. At this point we are not sure if we trust Verizon anymore and if someone starts a petition against them I'll gladly sign it because the only way things will change with these big company's is if we the people take a stand. Also with todays technology u can no longer fill any complaints or reach the main office by phone and not all people now how to use the computer. this to me is bad business we are being forced to do everything on line so they can get away with thing and treat us like we don't matter and we are not computers. read more

Honestly not sure why this specific location has such low ratings. My family has been with Verizon for a 10+ years, and this was my first time going into this store specifically. We were greeted immediately at the front door, and checked in. We were greeted by Josh, who was extremely knowledgeable and the best help I've had hands down. He worked every corner for me and my girlfriend, to get me setup with a brand new phone for free, and turned tables with the store manager to get us a free iPad with the new and upcoming deals. But, you get what you pay for, or in this case, wait for. This is a Verizon Corporate store, so these folks ARE the best place to take your questions and concerns. I bought my dad an iPhone for Christmas at the Apple store in Tampa. The Apple salesperson suggested I go to a Verizon store if the activation process didn't work out of the box. It didn't, so we went to this store, the closest corporate-owned Verizon wireless store to his house. We stopped by one morning and worked with Mark, who did a fantastic job activating the phone. I asked about phone plans for myself, and he spent time describing plans to me. I ultimately decided to wait on switching providers right now, but overall my experience at this store was phenomenal. read more

Avoid this place. I sent an employee whose phone number was deleted from the account somehow. They were rude and wouldn't listen. I provided her with the 4 digit account pin so they could help her, they claimed they couldn't use it and they had all they needed. They claimed they needed to talk to an account manager, which is complete BS. She sat there for 2 hours because that person was either not at work or WFH. I know what business can do. These people are untrained, wrong and all they could say is "I dunno that phone number was deleted". No. At that point do your job. You call someone in business class verizon and you fix the issue. Just because someone isn't there to buy a damned phone doesn't give you the right to treat them like they are too much of a pain to assist. You guys can stuff it. read more

I have been a Verizon business owner for many years and always has good service at any Verizon corporate location. The people that work here are not knowledgeable at all with there own promotions! They are always to busy to help you and if you do not sign up with a new plan they do not want to help you. I have been back over four times for the same issue and are always told "they " took care of it. They lie to you and do not do there jobs. Shame on Verizon to allow this store to still be operated under this manager! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. We switched to Verizon from atandt and it only took 2 months of receiving bills over 500$! Each and over 4 days and 12 hours in person in the Verizon store to get a made up answer about the confusion and Bill. Will be switching back to atandt immediately. Do not come to Verizon and def don't come to this store. Stay away from syed...seems helpful at first but all made up. read more

These people are a ripoff !!! They went on their computer and changed the amount with Verizon and they added to the cost of the phone by added accessories which I never bought. I called Verizon they said to contact the store which I did. They said I did make the purchase of all the "crap" according to their records. First off, I usually do not go out of my way to write bad reviews but I have had it with you. I am a laid back, go with the flow person but Verizon, your Brooksville store has me beyond pissed. I really have never had any bad experience with this store until July 2nd 2015. My husband and I upgraded our plans and purchased our phones. We made him the account holder that day so he could use his discount through his workplace. Sounds all fine and dandy huh? UNTIL two months later I get a nasty letter from Verizon saying I owe the $741 and some change for our phones. Let me first state that on that day I had my credit card swiped for $400.00 to go towards that bill. TOWARDS OUR PHONES. Normally, they then put the balance of 300 some odd dollars on your next bill, plus what you owe for service, right?? Nope, they neglected to tell me that they made us a WHOLE new account and billed our new phones, and one phone case to an OLD account that I had no idea even existed until I get letters staying they are going to turn me into collections.... So apparently and this is my bad for not thinking anything of it, was that $400.00 I thought went to the phones, went towards bills for our service that hadn't even accumulated. I just assumed when that ran out they would bill us as usual. I'm upset and angry because now I had to pay 741 dollars in a lump sum and that would have been avoided had A) Theresa actually used my money when she swiped my card towards what we had spoke about and B) Telling me that I had two accounts -_- I mean WHY would I want to pay $400.00 towards phone bills that have not even transpired when I owed 741 dollars. This store was very clean and well organized. I was greeted and assisted upon entry and, although I had a difficult situation as far as my contract was concerned, the associates took the time to help resolve my issue. When it came to choosing a phone, they didn't try to upsell me on anything and respected my budget. I felt very comfortable and not eager to leave (which is usually how wireless stores make me feel). I also observed associates patiently helping customers who weren't exactly up to date with technology lingo (this is a senior citizen dominated area). Kudos to this store manager. read more

I have had Verizon for 2-3 years now and the past 10 months has been the absolute worst phone and customer service i have ever had with any provider, my phone service practically overnight went from wprking okay to 1 bar wherever i go at any given time, constant dropped calls not receiving nor sending text messages conversations fading in and out etc.. i have contacted Verizon about this issue the corporate number so many times i lost count, the idiots actually verified my phone service has a provision issue whatever that means, so they sent me a new phone well what they claimed to be the dam thing came in the mail in a envelope ???? No packaging nothing just like that... i never heard of such a thing, well i go to a verizon near me this address here 4106 Mariner Blvd spring hill FL, 34609 and spoke with Jason ( a real joker) to have the service transfered to this other "new" phone corporate sent me. Well he changes it out but the entire time hes trying to sell me the 12 saying the 11 is obselete everything is 5G now this phone will never work anymore they changed all the towers and was trying to shove this new phone down my throat... i dont want the 12 who is going to pay for that why doesnt it come out of your paycheck then you buy me one, theres nothing wrong with my 11 i want mine working. So i walk out door couple hours later bam same issue 1 bar garbage service. So now i go to a corporate store located at 13346 cortez blvd Brooksville FL, 34613 and spoke with supposedly a manager after wasting my time waiting an hour and half for the idiot manager to throw his hands up and say well cant help you call corporate keep "bothering them till they fix it right way" literally thats what happened and said have nice day walked away. Sold us a used iphone when we paid for a new one!! 1st one we bought would not turn on after a week, took it back and they gave us what we thought was another new phone (paid for new one) 2nd one was fine for about 5 weeks (when the warrenty period is over) of course the battery runs out in only a day and not even being used once in that time. When I came into the store on 5/22/2015 I was greeted immediately. They were slow during the day. I know during the weekends they are busy so the wait time is longer. I had a question regarding my bill being incorrect but I was told I had to call Verizon Wireless to have it corrected. I called 4/13/2015 and 6/2/2015 and the issue still has not been resolved the wrong wrong amount being charged on the bill. This is very frustrating!!!! I gave this review 4 stars because there is always room for improvement at the store. If this rating was for the billing department charging me the wrong amount I would give it 1/4 of a star. read more

I ordered my device online and did all of the porting info myself. Since the next day was a holiday, I went a couple days after the order. When I did go into the store, it was absolutely slammed. The greeter asked me what I came in for today. I told him that I did an online order and needed to finish porting my number over and activate my new phone. He told me that someone would be right with me. After waiting about 15 minutes, some rep comes out and hands me the bag and tries to walk away. Hello? ... Is it activated? Is it not? Do I need to do anything? "Just do it online." He replied. He seemed pissed that I didn't go through him to get the phone. Went into the store to upgrade to the new IPhone 11 phones. I knew what I wanted before I got to the store so I didn't think it would take that long. Well my wife and I stood around for about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. There was one person on the floor helping another customer. I walked over to the counter and I could see 4 employees in the back room laughing and joking around. I called out and finally got the attention of one of them. He asked me what could he help me with and I asked him how does one go about getting some service. He said that someone on the floor would be right with me. I explained to him that there was no one out there to help us. He then looked out on the floor and went back in the back room where everyone else was. We waited another 5 or 10 minutes and no one came out. As we started to leave a guy and a young lady came out the back with a tablet each asking if we needed some help. I politely told them that it was too late and we left. This isn't the first time that this had happened. We ended up going down to the Apple store to buy our new phones. Something really needs to be done to improve customer service at this location. read more

My wife and waited the usual 1 hour to speak to one of the sales people last week. When it was our turn we sat down with Theresa who proceeded to ask what we wanted. We were in the market for 2 new phones and an IPAD for my wife. All this was to replace the phones and IPAD we already had. Needless to say we had questions about phone features that are important to us like battery longevity. We own a restaurant that keeps us on the phone a lot and our present phones need to be charged 2-3 times a day. We explained that to Theresa and her answer was "all our phones have the same battery time". I told her that I had a RAZR MAXX 2 years ago that had a really long battery life. Her answer "they don't make that one anymore". "Then can you tell me which phone has the longest battery life?" "all our phones have the same kind of battery" she says. All this time she is preoccupied with her tablet as she speaks to me. Then she shows me a list of people waiting to see her and snaps her fingers in front of my face and says "I need to know what you want to buy....I've got all these people waiting...we're very busy!" To which I replied..."lady...go make your money" and got up to walk out as she followed me to the door trying to explain what she meant. I ended up buying a 2 MOTO Z PLAY that has an incredibly long battery life with a 2 MOTO MODs that extends the battery twice as long! When we went back and waited another hour to speak to "anyone but Theresa" a nice young man named Chris explained all this to me so we bought the phones...done deal. The IPAD I purchased elsewhere but if Theresa had taken a few minutes with us ,she would have had a nearly $2,000 deal!!! I never complained about the 1 hr wait to see someone to talk to so why should we put up with that kind of behavior from a sales person who obviously is on a percentage pay scale so the more she sells the bigger the paycheck. Lesson for Theresa....SLOW down to smell the roses and stop trying to grab the stems and get pricked. 0 stars for Theresa and 4 stars for Chris. But it cost me too many hrs. to give 5 stars to anyone. read more
