Called the 800 number on the door, he said he'd call me right back and did. Seems the store manager had car issues, but was on his way and would be there in 20 mins. He arrived 20 mins later. Not off to a great start. Really nice guy and seems to know what he's talking about. My screen was cracked over the camera and wasn't usable anymore. Had got an online "instant" quote of $199 to replace it. Store manager takes my phone and passcode in the back (out of my site, which was NOT cool with me) and comes back saying the LCD needs replaced. If I do both the screen and LCD it's $350 instead of $400. I ask if the repair is don't up here in the front. He says yes. I agree to the $350 and he starts taking my phone in the back room again. I stop him, get my phone back and start walking out. He said he misunderstood and asks to call the owner. I agree and am allowed in the back after he cleans it up to watch the repair. Now mind you, there's nothing sketch on my phone - but my banking, email, passwords all are! I do not let it out of my site. The entire contents can be dumped in seconds with software out there. He fixed the phone and all seems well. I go to pay and there's a problem with my credit card. He asks if it's a debit card. No, it's an American Express business card. He tells me it has to be cash or debit. I'm beyond shocked - and even he struggled to find where it was posted. Back on the phone to the owner and they agree to take my credit card. Again nice guy - but their processes are broke and not transparent. Also, now I have a persistent notification about an unrecognized Display on this iPhone because the part is not genuine Apple. Again, informed after the repair. I will update if the display doesn't last or all my accounts are broken into

We ported 2 numbers and got a new phone number in which should have come with 3 free hone & the family plan would be 25 a line. Instead we where forced to bring our own and saved nothing and when we called 611 the Philippine office lied and told use the tv ad was not true. So been trying to fix it since and they will not honor it without price hiking our bill. Also the family should be $100 plus tax and then minus our first responder discount. They don't want to honor nothing so we are filling a complaint with the BBB for price hiking and theft by deception. They now they have 30 days to fix this and will not so if this has happened to u at the store or from there Philippines office I erg u to do the same. In the past I had to press Identity fraud against the Philippine office after giving this office access to my phone. Also I can no longer call 611 because they send all my calls to the Philippines office for some reason and they don't listen to my and always jerk me around. At this point we are not sure if we trust Verizon anymore and if someone starts a petition against them I'll gladly sign it because the only way things will change with these big company's is if we the people take a stand. The younger guy at the counter was very unprofessional... and left me leaving this location mad. I…read morego to put my things down in front of him , my brother and I were the only people in the store... this guy was playing on his phone with an AirPod in right in front of me....while I'm standing there waiting to get checked out . He completely ignored me for LONG ENOUGH for me to realize he's actually straight up ignoring me.... I go to proceed to pick my things up and FIND someone else and he then acknowledges me and I say" I was unsure if you were on the clock or not" trying to be nice and not bother him if he wasn't. But he was hanging over the counter giving that impression he wasn't supposed to be checking people out . Even though he was standing at the register...He then proceeds to say " well I wouldn't be here if I wasn't on the clock" rolls his eyes and starts to check me out ... I guess that hurt his feelings .. unpleasant. Not something I wanna deal with after being in the car for 7 hours .... Still being nice I said thank you and he didn't say anything back . Although it is getting harder to work on the newer vehicles with their advanced technologies, I occasionally find something I can work on. I really enjoy it and it is satisfying! My GO-TO Auto Parts store is now, without a doubt, O'Reilly Auto Parts! They really convinced me when I had to replace a window operating regulator for my BMW. IF I went to a BMW dealer, that repair total would be around $500. (I know, because I've had it done!). Just for grins I called O'Reilly to see if they had my part. I talked to Melissa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly found they had an exact fit Dorman product. It was very reasonably priced AND carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY! How about that??? I drove to the store and bought that window regulator. Melissa was the one who helped me in the store, too. She is awesome! Once I got home, it only took about 30 minutes to replace the bad part. The new Dorman part was an exact fit and works perfectly! Hooray for O'Reilly!
