We are quite pleased with the installation of both our standing shower and tub enclosure. The installers completed the job quickly. They were on time. Both were courteous. We would recommend them without a second thought. read more

Requested service & NEVER received return call. Guess they are too busy to even return calls. I spoke with office staff who said they would speak with owner & call me back. I would keep looking!! My project is done now by a local competitor! read more

We had them put shower doors in for our bathroom remodel. Glass was perfectly aligned, after 2 years of use, the upper hinge loosened, and the glass moved. We called them and they came out within a day and repaired it. no charge. we told them, no rush, but they were in the area and repaired it in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company. read more

JUST got this door & was installed Nov. been leaking since. Called 2 times, no return calls. 3rd time got worker who came to lower the EXPENSIVE glass doors, then put some plastic piece on the side in between door which looks UGLY. This is what I paid DOUBLE to buy? Still leaks. Called again, no response. Text same worker who said he is on vacation for holidays but will let his bought know. Text again, he told me Jan 6th I will get call to confirm someone to come out to lower doors again plus see what else can be done. I explained to him the door was NOT the correct size measured. He said that is the way they come? So why measure if ur not installed same measurement? I was CLEAR TWICE size i wanted plus Y. Good shorter door, still leaking from bottom PLUS side which is a problem because I am disabled and cant be bending down & the leak that keeps coming out from the bottom of the doors out onto the floor I can slip and crack my head on the floor so it's VERY dangerous & one of the reasons i chose to pay DOUBLE the price at this place over the HALF PRICED LESSER cheaper home depot or Lowes doors which cover everything FULLY. I also trusted the owner she knew what she was talking about when I asked her questions as I explained to her my situation. I was originally gonna get doors that open inward but she for MY set up I would be better off going with the 2 sliding big fat doors she had me buy. WELL, trusting her supposedly PROFESSIONAL information of YEARS of experience proved me right & her wrong. No ONE called, NO one has still come and we are on Jan 20th, 2025. I sent then yet ANOTHER text 2 weeks ago that If they keep putting me off & not taking care of this, I would file a LEGAL report with the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs. I guess she got mad at that & chose to ignore me thinking I won't go to court & Sue her. Well, she is about to find out that her PRIDEFUL attitude is gonna get her sued cause I am now filing a complaint with the BBB & Consumer affairs, I'm gonna call my 2 local news to see if they wanna jump on this story about this business putting a disabled persons life at RISK cause they wanna save money instead of doing RIGHT by me & I'll be doing this early in the morning. Then if they STILL ignore my legal report to the BBB & Consumer affairs this week. NEXT Monday I will go to court & put in a demand to SUE them. Look at how STUPID this business is that they rather have an attitude of PRIDE, which is gonna cost them to get sued for my attorney fees, court fees, pay for my daily anxiety & duress, PLUS the door is still gonna have to be fixed or replaced actually cause it's not tall enough & hopefully a local news will pick this up PLUS i have a podcast with over 2.15 MILLION subscribers that I am gonna do a negative review against them as well as leave them negative feedback on EVERY social media site as I am doing now, all cause they wanna take my money & profit while screwing me over. If I end up SLIPPING & cracking my head or getting hurt which is a BIG possibility, they are gonna go to JAIL ON TOP of getting sued. I have proof of my discussions with them via text as well which I will use when I do my monthly podcast. One of the reasons in the very beginning they were using as an excuse was she had to SEE IF she can FIT me in her schedule cause she has other customers. OK, but I PAID HER BEFORE these NEW customers so I am supposed to be taken care of FIRST BEFORE NEW Customers because she already has my money BUT because there are NEW customers, that's NEW money so to her it's more important to get that NEW MONEY & install rather than take care of someone that paid her fully back in NOVEMBER. New year & I am STILL dealing with this. I have already slipped 3 times, luckily i have not falling YET. But it's only a matter of time. Very stupid business with such dispicable business practice & not too smart where they can avoid all this if she drops her PRIDE & just do the right thing. This is how businesses are run now. ALL about profit. Take all the money u can without accountability. read more

This can't all be blamed on COVID . Ordered a replacement shower to update our bathroom. What a mistake. It took a long time to get the product but, first it came in with the wrong handle/towel bar configuration then a damaged door. We follow up and set a date for installation. They are a no show. They said they called and we called a missed call number but, it is a fax number. So they didn't come out. They call later that day to reschedule. Really... the owner blames everything and everyone but themselves. This included us. What happened to customer service? What happened to responsibility! read more

I called to get a new shower door. The unfriendly employee told me that they will call me next week to coming in for measurement. No one called, so the following week I went to their showroom hoping to order the shower door but unfortunately I ran to the same unfriendly and argumentative woman. She told me once again that the owner will call me next week to come for measurement. It took them another two more weeks to call me on Friday evening to tell me they are coming on following Monday. When I tried to explain to the guy who is the owner how rude and unhelpful the woman was and by now over a month has passed, he abruptly interrupted me and asked me if I found another company. As soon as I said yes, he told me good luck to you and hung up on me. Stay away from this company. They are arrogant, unprofessional, and have no respect for their customers!! read more

Worst experience EVER when dealing with a "professional" company! If It had been an option, I would have rated them zero stars. Quoted one price then tried to charge me more saying I gave them incorrect information. The woman I spoke with when requesting service, evidently needs hearing aids. The owner, john, has a temper problem which made the situation even worse. Avoid this company like the plague!!!! read more
