i experienced very unethical practices from the sales team and management. I was charged for items that were never discussed but added to my account. when confronted the staff became ugly and even said that there attorney is bigger than the consumers. final out come months later a charge for a phone was added to my account that I never ordered or received. read more

I'm at a Spring Hill Verizon GoWireless store. There was only one customer ahead of me and that went quickly. I'm still here while the manager works on my account and gets things straightened out (I was experiencing a hot phone that doesn't like to efficiently use the cellular data when I go around town; I'm usually on WiFi). There's a glitch with trading my phone but he is handling it very efficiently. I definitely like this store more than the one on 50 (Cortez), because that store messed up my payment and account so badly I was never confident in them for me to go back in and that was years ago. So I'm happy I've found this store to utilize today and in the future. Will post more when I get the manager's name and everything after the transaction is fully done. read more

Verizon - GoWireless features and set up - Mobile Phones Near Me - Spring Hill, Florida

First off, it's probably my fault that I was being fooled into thinking this was an actual Verizon store by the big "Verizon" sign outside, not realizing this was an authorized retailer. I didn't see their "GoWireless" logo anywhere until I was handed the sales invoice. 1. We went in to replace our two iPhones 6 with iPhones 13, which were not in stock and had to be ordered. I told the sales person that we did not want to make payments, but pay them off in full. He said 'No problem'. The phones came two days later, but this time, it was a different sales person. He said we couldn't pay in full since they weren't ordered that way, but we could pay them off after our first bill, but we HAD to come to the store for the payment, we couldn't pay them off through Verizon. This turned out to be incorrect: I'm paying them off in full on Verizon's website. 2. After the phones were activated, all that remained was to restore our content from iCloud. I said we can do that at home, but were told that according to store policy, they don't want customers to go home without the phones being fully configured, and that he could do this for us in just 15 minutes. It turned out that it took almost an hour, and the download still wasn't finished. His take was, that the store Wi-Fi is probably getting bogged down, and that we could finish the download at home. 3. After we paid, I got my sales invoice. And imagine my surprise when I saw that we were being charged $24.99 for "READY 2 GO SET UP" for each phone, a total of almost $50! That was for the "courtesy" iCloud restore, which a real Verizon store does not charge for, and which we had to finish ourselves at home anyway. We were not informed of this cost ahead of time, so in my opinion, this is an unauthorized charge. So I took a closer look, and saw that they overcharged each phone by $10, a total of $20. With overcharged, I mean, above the published Verizon and Apple list prices, which I double-checked and confirmed after we got home. When I asked the sales person about the upcharges, we were not given any explanation other than being shown some spreadsheet with their own GoWireless list prices. So the bottom line is, had we gone to an actual Verizon store, we would have paid $70 less. We definitely will never go back to that store, or any other Verizon authorized retailer, since apparently they can make up their own charges and list prices. read more

I have had nothing but the best experience at this location. All of the employees are knowledgable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I have watch them defuse a situation with care to the customer. If you have a problem, an issue or a question, they are always willing to find a way to fix it and/or answer to said question. They go above and beyond the needs of the customer every single time. I am willing to travel about 20 minutes to this location even though I have one 5 minutes from my home. Just went into the Verizon in Spring Hill, Florida today. The entire staff at this Verizon is super friendly and so happy! Every gentleman greeted us when we walked in and engaged in conversation with us while we were there! Our Salesman was Chris Fratianni (I asked him to write his name down) this gentleman was top notch. He exceeded all of our expectations. He was very helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. He went above and beyond, he even offered us different options, at different price points, which made me very happy. First time at this Verizon location and the best experience I've had. Derek Skinner was fantastic. At no time did I ever feel pressured to either upgrade or buy additional services. Let's be honest, it happens at ALL cell phone stores. Derek's experience and knowledge wer superior but best of all was his attitude. His friendly demeanor and professionalism are second to none.
