Lied to by Jackson. Very deceptive practices . I was supposed to have the activation fee waived because of my employer and I was charged 35 for each line. He should be coached and counseled . Very deceptive and not a good look for a new customer . Think again before you switch to Att and deal with this store or Jackson. Funny they talked bad about the authorized stores but even at a corporate store you get lied to. read more

If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 STARS I would. AT&T and there representatives are jokes! They scam everyone. I was told my phones from Verizon would be credited to the new phone purchases but they never were. I was told the bill was going to be 186.00 including tax a month and it's 295.00. I have had to call AT&T numerous times regarding discrepancies on my account. I am still being billed for a line I cancelled back in August and still can't get a credit or them to take it off. I went to this locatio with my sister to add a phone to my account for her. We told the man Dennis who was assisting us NUMEROUS times we wanted an iPhone 13. At the end of the transaction he showed the receipt to me and said see this that's the code to get the iPhon 13 for the $11 a month price. Now I should have knew something was off when I paid for the taxes and they were $56. I work for Prime we're an authorized retailer of AT&T, in Pennsylvania. Normal taxes paid for the $13 are around 43-48. However I was in a rush and just wanted to get out the store. Well we had to have the phone delivered. My sister opened the box took the phone out and noticed she had a iPhone 14 and not a iPhone 13. I go look at the receipt and see it says iphone 14. Now I'm highly confused and pissed. Dennis was told more then ONCE by more then one person the type of phone we wanted. He even tried to show some bs discount on the receipt to play it off like we were getting the iPhone 14 for $11 a month. The fact he did that was highly disgusting. As a rep of AT&T myself I would never go against what a customer was asking then go the extra step to sham off what I did. Retraining definitely needs to happen. read more

Quite a well managed store as compared to some of the others that I have been to in the past. Not with a lot of control over the systems and processing transactions when it comes to upgrades. But still good enough. You go in. Register. Depending on how busy it is, the wait time could be anywhere from zero to 15 minutes. You can browse around and see if you are looking for accessories or device models. And then one of the staff members comes and attends to you when it's your turn. We went in as a group and had 2 of our 3 respective requirements catered to without much hassle. The store has most of the latest devices except for the iPhone's which clearly are out of stock across the board in most places / cities. They don't have accessories for most older Samsung devices. And the ones that are there are quite expensive. Amazon or other online stores usually have best deals for accessories anyways. Majority of the staff members were good and attentive. There are always the odd balls almost everywhere. This place wasn't any exception. All in all - a rather stress free experience. 3.5 stars out of 5. So if I had to chose between 3 or 4, I will stay with 3 because of all the problems I have had with the next plan and the lack of clear communication from AT&T either through customer service or from the store. read more

High pressured salesman. Tried to sell my wife a phone they didn't have in stock. Tried to sell us an external battery as a tempo fix. It said they support the military and only had 4 of the 5 services displayed. So lame. Never going back there for any reason. Bunch of nerds running the place. read more

I set up an appointment for an upgrade phone online. The person i spoke with online said she set up the appointment for today at this stores address. When i arrived at approximately 2pm and the guy in the store said there was no record. Furthermore - the guy did not even bother to help me get a new phone. Like he did not even want to provide basic customer service. How do you treat your customers like this? Regardless of the order being placed online - AT&T is the company and the employee should have stepped up to assist a customer. I've been with AT&T for about a decade now. So you made me drive all the way out there for an appointment that did not exist and failed to even offer to help the customer. read more

This is a poorly managed and employee trained store. Staff decided was not willing to contact corporate. Store manager was completely unwilling to help in any way. A rash was more accommodating than the staff at this store. read more

Do NOT trust the reps at this store! They PROMISED me I could get an international pass for Jamaica for $10 a day when I signed up for two nice phones for two years after leaving Verizon after 6 years. Just going on vacation next week and I can't get the order placed? I call the Store and the Manager says, "You are too new and we have had people get new phones and go overseas and not pay!" Worst than 1 Star. They only know hopefully how to sell phones and not service. Went in for a minor problem of not receiving calls from a family member. They could not help at all when it turned out a simple call block problem. I also called AT&T and they could not help. 2nd day, new call to At&t and this time they spotted problem right away. This is an AT&T Corporate Store. So the employees work for AT&T not just an authorized retailer. Nothing wrong with authorized independent entrepreneurs, but I do prefer to go to the corporate store. I am at this store at least 1-2 times a year. Usually I have a very good experience. Also, I had 1 or 2 not so perfect experiences. However, I am not here to personally attack anyone. Personally, I prefer to deal with "Wayne." I have dealt with "Wayne" most of the times. Wayne has been awesome every-time he has waited in me. The other staff has been very good as well. He handled a very big issue for me. It required him to go above and beyond, but he did what few employees will normally do for a customer. As for AT&T I have been a very satisfied customer. I have been with them for approximately 7 years, formerly I was with Sprint and Verizon. Sprint was great for a while but ultimately their phone coverage became terrible. Verizon had good coverage but had the worst customer service every-time I had to call them. As for now I am a dedicated AT&T customer! read more

Do not purchase anything from here. This not an authorized AT&T store. They have nothing to do with AT&T corporate. They mailed me the wrong phone and tried to charge me a $50 restocking fee for their mistake. If I had just gone through AT&T online, there wouldn't have been a fee. read more
