We're both high risk and concerned about the COVID-19 situation, even though we are self-quarantining in our community. They advised that the masks were in stock, so I drove over the next morning to their location. Going in I noticed that the front counter is neatly surrounded by a plexiglass partition allowing you to speak with both a cashier or pharmacist if necessary. I was very warmly greeted and shown the mask I wanted, and was told they have a good supply. This pharmacy accepts most insurance plans, and can even deliver your items free to your home - a wonderful benefit. It looks like they have everything you need at reasonable prices - a great alternative to the chain drugstore. As a small gift I was presented with a purse size bottle of hand sanitizer. This place was a pleasure to deal with - and I would continue to go there in the future.

Lots of back pain, pain meds and usually the next day couldn't get out of bed. We went to Top Mobility and talked to Tony. He asked her questions we didn't even think of to ask. He listened to her needs and what her typical weekday and weekend entailed. He then made a recommendation on a Go Go scooter. The model he showed looked great. It broke down into 5 pieces, meaning we didn't need a lift in the back. I was able to lift each piece and put them into her minivan. No problems. Then he went into explaining the differences between 3 wheel vs 4 wheel. He described the ground clearance this scooter offered and the type of terrain it could handle. Then he walked us over and showed us available accessories and which ones he recommended to make it easier for her to go out and not worry about personal belongings. We have had the scooter for two weeks. She has attended our sons soccer games no problems on the grass. We went to the Dunedin Highland Games and outlasted the family, she filled her front basket with water bottles and the rear locking storage compartment held hers and the families personal items. She loves the canopy, cane holder, mirrors and even cup holder! I cannot thank Tony and Top Mobility enough for giving her the ability to go out and stay out with no issues and no pressure to push herself. In fact, she now rides around the neighborhood going out to lunch with her friends. This has been an incredible experience with their team. It is exactly the type of mobility scooter she needed. In fact, we bought additional traveling foldable scooters just to have fun and keep up with her. When one of the scooter developed a problem with the battery, Top Mobility sent a technician to our house to fix it. He had ALL the accessories with him so we wouldn't be down a scooter at all. It was fixed on the spot. Now THAT is excellent customer service. I have no worries about Top Mobility providing excellent customer service even AFTER the sale. You all are great! Thank you for bringing life back into her and making this a happy household where she can spend time with us on our family outings.

I had an issue with my vehicle (a CRV, at the time) being too lightweight to install the lift. So, I ended up getting a minivan and picking an interior lift, which had a bit of a wait for Mobility Styles to mail order the parts. Once they had the lift, they installed it immediately. He showed me a similarly priced walker he had in stock that was very sturdy and a much better quality. He also successfully upsold me on some additional items that would make the walker easier for my dad to use around the house. The store itself was clean and brightly lit and well organized. Then proceeded to act as if I'm some sort of a criminal because I needed to pick up an opioid prescription. After holding my prescription for about 10 minutes he tells me "by choice of the owners were not going to help you sorry". I asked him if he could explain that further and he said no that's all you get that's my decision. That is not the way you treat customers. He had treated me rudely before. He apparently is not a fan of women because this is the second time that he's treated me rudely in his store. I guess it's for the best that he is no longer going to be the pharmacist there.
