Gave my wife her life back. So after my wife was deemed fully disabled, she would still try to go and do things. Lots of back pain, pain meds and usually the next day couldn't get out of bed. We went to Top Mobility and talked to Tony. He asked her questions we didn't even think of to ask. He listened to her needs and what her typical weekday and weekend entailed. He then made a recommendation on a Go Go scooter. The model he showed looked great. It broke down into 5 pieces, meaning we didn't need a lift in the back. I was able to lift each piece and put them into her minivan. No problems. Then he went into explaining the differences between 3 wheel vs 4 wheel. He described the ground clearance this scooter offered and the type of terrain it could handle. Then he walked us over and showed us available accessories and which ones he recommended to make it easier for her to go out and not worry about personal belongings. We have had the scooter for two weeks. She has attended our sons soccer games no problems on the grass. We went to the Dunedin Highland Games and outlasted the family, she filled her front basket with water bottles and the rear locking storage compartment held hers and the families personal items. She loves the canopy, cane holder, mirrors and even cup holder! I cannot thank Tony and Top Mobility enough for giving her the ability to go out and stay out with no issues and no pressure to push herself. In fact, she now rides around the neighborhood going out to lunch with her friends. This has been an incredible experience with their team. It is exactly the type of mobility scooter she needed. In fact, we bought additional traveling foldable scooters just to have fun and keep up with her. When one of the scooter developed a problem with the battery, Top Mobility sent a technician to our house to fix it. He had ALL the accessories with him so we wouldn't be down a scooter at all. It was fixed on the spot. Now THAT is excellent customer service. I have no worries about Top Mobility providing excellent customer service even AFTER the sale. You all are great! Hope you never have to return anything. My brother passed away on the day we received the wheelchair so we immediately began the return proces. The box was unopened and the chair was untouched. 100% original packaging. The runaround they gave us was ridiculous and we had to repeatedly call them back to get a return approval and label. By the time it was all said and done, with all their fees, on a $1999.00 chair we got back $924.20! They charged us over half the price and we never even opened the box! Should have cut out the middle man and bought directly from the manufacturer. Scam artists! read more

I've tried dealing with other scooter stores, and they don't compare. I've purchased two scooters from Top Mobility, and will likely continue to buy future scooters from them. When I call them I usually speaking to the same person I spoke when I last called, pretty consistently. When I have questions about a scooter I've seen online, there's always someone there to answer my questions (their phone lines are open most of the day). If I'm repairing a scooter I've purchased, I can call the lovely people at Top Mobility. They can pull up my file and tell me what parts will work with my scooter. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. My first purchase in January 2016 was a Heartway Vita S-12 special. It was supposed to be a demo model, I got it at a reduced price. Despite that I was still offered the option of buying an extended warranty at the website. No hard sell; it was just an option offered like cup holders, etc. The store phoned me to say I was being upgraded to a brand new unit from the manufacturer. The scooter arrived, I had trouble installing the mirrors, and phoned them twice, and they helped me resolve the issue. About six weeks later I ordered a second scooter from them, a Drive Phoenix, thinking I could not take my Vita onboard an aircraft. The next day, when I learned that the airline would accept the Vita, I emailed the store to cancel my order. Then I phoned- I was too late. At first I thought they were giving me the runaround, but I was wrong. The Drive Company in California had already had the scooter picked up by the freight carrier with a next day delivery scheduled. Despite losing the sale, Top Mobility worked hard with the freight company and made calls to have the scooter taken back to Drive from the freight depot. All of my money was refunded minus a nominal amount that Drive had to pay their freight carrier. Given the fact that I changed my mind, it was more than reasonable. I am flying on a small commuter plane when I travel abroad, and the large scooter can't go on a small plane. So I ordered a folding scooter, the Luggie Elite, in a special color offered. Top Mobility has assured me that I will receive the scooter in time for travel. There are other scooter sellers online, one of whom I have reviewed. Not all of them have an actual storefront like Top Mobility. I have not seen extended warranty coverage offered at other sites. I believe a person can order with confidence from this company, as my repeat experiences have shown. read more

Great place to buy a mobility scooter. I have purchased from them twice. The first one was an online purchase and, most recently, at the store location in Hudson, Florida. Both were very smooth transactions. They have the best prices and I research prices very thoroughly. I had to have a part replaced for for the most recent purchase and they fixed it quickly without a hitch. I enjoyed the visit to their store in Hudson. Top Mobility is absolutely fantastic. First of all, they had the best prices online for my scooter accessories. I ordered and received free and very fast shipping. My items came exactly as described and then I accidentally broke one of the items. I called to order more and they offered to send me some replacement parts at no cost so that I could use the items - they even covered the expedited shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE Now that we have purchased a Rolleez Beach wheelchair, we have found several negative reviews online which we wish we would have heeded beforehand. This wheelchair is defectively designed so it cannot be backed up or steered properly. The rear wheels bind up underneath the carriage when trying to steer it making it worthless and unsafe. There is a definite tipping hazard with this poorly made wheelchair and it should be removed from the market----or at the very least---Top Mobility should warn customers of its problems. They claim it will maneuver through sand, snow and rocky terranes. I cant image how they could make such a claim when it would not even steer properly on our cement garage floor. Now we are stuck with a restocking fee of 20% and return shipping for a chair which was misrepresented in their advertising. It is NOT safe and NOT steerable. I spoke with customer service who made no apology for the product and no offer to refund our full price which is what we believe to be fair. They have lost our trust...and our business. read more

The purchase of my mobility scooter from TOP MOBILITY in Hudson, Florida was a very pleasant experience. They were extremely thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable. My perception of the outlets in and around my community had become quite jaded, but my first contact with Top Mobility, which was a phone conversation, set them apart from the scooter stores in my community. I'm extremely perceptive when relating to others and trust my instincts. My intuition had been confirmed and appreciated when the 81 mile trip to their business turned out to be well worth my time, effort and expense. I have to admit, I was a bit apprehensive when entering their store, but within five minutes my initial perception had been confirmed. I was so impressed with them that I purchased a brand-new three wheel Victory 9 upon that initial visit. I could not be happier with the treatment I've received at Top Mobility.
